Josh and his crews are speedy and professional. They picked up an accessory building job from me part way through the foundation pour and finished it up to my complete satisfaction. Josh is a solid communicator, and went extra lengths many times for me, such as when I asked that the structure be rotated 180 degrees when 2 walls were already up. Josh also kept me in the loop when changes were necessary that would affect the budget, so I always understood the bottom line relative to the original estimate. Unlike some contractors, Josh brought only skilled professional craftspeople onto my site. They showed up ready to work, and performed to my expectations. Everything was efficient and cost-effective. Josh also handled all of my admin relations with the district regarding permits and booking inspections - I felt completely comfortable with him acting as my agent in that regard. A good team, trustworthy and motivated to do good work. Would happily use them in the future.

Josh/Bola construction did a great job in the removal of our kitchen and bathroom flooring containing asbestos. They were reasonably priced, very responsive, and left the place looking great. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for this service.

Josh and his team performed a complete asbestos remediation of my condo. They took everything down to the framing and removed all the old flooring as well. His team was friendly, professional, and timely. Highly recommend this team!

Bola Construction helped replace a fence at my property. They are very busy and it took a bit of time before they had a guy available but the end result looks great (we put our own post tops on).
