I bought a beautiful rug and was so amazed when he said they would bring it to my house and put it in the family room. They even put the former rug in the eating area for me. My wife and I were looking for a rug for our living room. We made a trip to Calgary and Caspian Rugs was the first stop on the list. Simply put Daniel was amazing. We basically knew nothing except it should be around 8x10 and some general colour themes. Daniel was so patient with us, explaining each design and area of origin. What an education! Selecting a rug requires effort to flip through them all, and we did. Actually Daniel and his partner did all the “flipping” while we narrowed our choices. Daniel wouldn’t let us decide in the shop as he said they must be seen in the actual setting in varying light. He folded up the 2 top contenders and placed them in my trunk. I asked what he needed from me and he said “Nothing, I trust you”. WOW!! Then he said I will come to your house in Canmore with 7 more!! As promised he showed up, with his wife, and they placed all the rugs, 1 by 1, into our living room for us. We narrowed it down to one and he insisted we live with it for a while before deciding. In the end we purchased 2 and are very pleased with our selection. Daniel is one of the most gentle, knowledgeable and patient people we have had the pleasure of dealing with, and it was a pleasure. Inherited a carpet that needed some TLC. They were very friendly and did a good job at trimming the tassels ($100). A bit pricy for my taste, my wife thought it was fair.

We stopped by Caspian rugs as a fluke- on our way to a different rug store. The service was amazing, explaining the different sizes, colours, and quality. They were patient and had no problem flipping through many rugs. We found one we liked but wanted to check out a few other places. They made us an offer if we decided to come back for a rug. No other store compared to this place so we returned. It was a different employee but he knew exactly the great deal we had been offered and stuck by it. They folded it and put it in our car for us. Would definitely recommend!
