Awesome and easy experience buying a motorcycle. Bob Betts was professional, friendly and honest. Buying new and working with dealers can be a stressful experience - but not so with Jim Gilbert's. I'll buy from them again!

Rob and Justin were both great to deal with I threw them a curve ball they still got us into our 2023 teryx4 special edition and we couldn't be happier. Most of all the staff were great with our 5 year old!!! Thanks

Honestly they did what they could but customer service was absolutely junk, I asked to see the vehicle I wanted to finance and they literally told me to go find it myself on the lot, a good response would usually be to go grab the key like any other dealership and let you start it up and look at it. Not here the sales person really took a poor attitude toward my situation, not what I expected at all from everything I've heard about the place.

The salesman that greeted me wouldn't leave me alone and seemed very desperate for a sale. I was given zero space to walk around and do my own thing and felt cornered .It was very awkward and the salesman might as well have been holding my hand walking me around the store . I will never come back and youve lost my business .

I went in looking at bikes, I'm an experienced rider, but yet they kept trying to push the smaller bikes. It's almost as if they had an overstock they are hoping to push out the door. My advice is to do your research prior to entering the doors so that a salesperson doesn't sell you something you're not interested in

Jim Gilbert's made trading in our atv and buying a new one a breeze. No Hassel, they were even able to give us what we wanted for a trade in value! We will be referring anyone we know that wants a new bike to them!
