Really bad pharmacy. Saying it will take 2 to 5 days now to fill prescriptions.Also won't even provide a garbage can outside their entrance for the benefit of their own patrons. Worst pharmacy in London.

Always have issues getting my correct prescription here. Moving pharmacies.

The customer service we experienced while attempting to have a Rx filled for my daughter was some of the worst I've ever experience. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

If I could give -5 stars I would, truly evil pharmacy. My grandmother is on lifesaving medication and she hasn’t had her prescription in 2 days, she was supposed to have it Friday. they told her they don’t care if she dies and she should be less lazy and walk to get it despite being unable walk far. She has no one to pick it up. If something happens to her I’ll be happy to sue this sick pharmacy.

This review for the pharmacy the woman who wears a scarf on her hair very rude and unprofessional. I drop off a prescription and they told me it’s gonna take about one hour maximum but after two hours I went there and it wasn’t ready yet and they keep it me waiting for other 40 minute there

I would rate them lower if I could. My partner and I don’t drive so we have to take the bus. We had bought a bunch of groceries from food basics and went into shoppers to see if any shampoo or pads were on sale. As soon as we walked through the door we had one of the staff following us around. We just ignored him and continued looking. Next thing you know we are getting followed done all the isles by different staff. As soon as we get to the discount section they page on the system for security to come out. Nothing was on sale so we decided to leave. As soon as we got to the door to leave most of the staff was there watching us, there was even a lady standing in our way. I’m ABSOLUTELY appalled by how we were treated. If they have a problem with people coming in with a bunch of groceries they should just ask us to leave it at the front not follow us around and make us feel uncomfortable. My partner even went back in to confront them and they gave him every excuse and the worlds biggest attitude. I do not recommend going to this shoppers.

My name is Jane.I bought a blood check machine for diabetes (My doctor ordered) and I needed to learn how to operate this machine. I had an appointment to learn how to use it. I left my machine at the pharmacy so that I can pick up as I get trained on how to use them. Next day, when I went to the store Jackie (a very unkind lady) was yelling at me because I pointed at the backside machine but it was not mine(indeed mine was somewhere in other basket).She was very rude. She said wait a few minutes for training. but I waited for 20 minutes nobody came to me or gave me an updates . There were no customers in the store. I complained and finally someone else taught me. It takes just few minutes. I am not satisfied with Jackie's customer service.She never apologized.

This lady made it very clear and spoke loud enough for everyone to hear my full name and what medication I'm on which is something I try to keep to myself. She was very unprofessional and rude to both myself and her colleagues

This review is for the pharmacy.I had an Rx about a month ago that I went online and requested that the pharmacy contact my doctors office for permission for a refill. (This is just a button on the site that it prompts you to select if you’re out of your meds and wanting more after you run out of prescribed refills from the physician).So I do this, wait a week and I get a notification from the pharmacy that I need to contact them about my Rx. When I do, they weren’t sure what I was inquiring about at first and then said the prescription hadn’t been filled because my doctor never contacted them, or so they claimed. I messaged my doctor and he told me he was never contacted by the pharmacy and he ended up just sending it over for me. I was miffed that the pharmacy potentially lied, but let it go. They scrambled and got the prescription filled quickly and then called me several hours later that it was ready.Here we are again in the same situation this time with my husband who has a different doctor than I do. He called them to ask what the hold up was after a week and was told they were waiting To hear back. That was a lie. They sent the request over right after that call according to his doctor. This pharmacy is in a very convenient location for us, but we’re considering no longer using them after this. I'm left to believe that the pharmacy lied both times. Seems shady. I know they must be very busy, but to blame the physicians? Bizarre. Just own up to the fact that it was missed.

Really bad pharmacy. Like many other reviewers. No delivery for meds on Sundays , this location needs to be investigated by corporate and shut down or get a 100% overhaul.
