Clean, inexpensive, a little off the main roads.

Don’t let the outside fool you, it could use a bit of love but the rooms were updated and beyond clean! Beds were so comfy and the lady at the desk was very friendly. Would come back !

Would recommend. You can tell someone has really put some money and intention into updating this place. The rooms are well stocked with amenities for travellers on a budget. Highlight is definitely the bathroom. Wow! What difference a showerhead can make. After a long drive that waterfall shower was extremely refreshing. There's a larger than average fridge and microwave and several places you could sit or prepare road meals. Beds are firm, sheets are clean and new. Arrived late and owner/night desk attendent? made themselves immediately available to quickly check us in. It's a motel, not the Four Seasons, and for what it is, (and we checked out a lot of places to spend the night along this route), I'm glad we chose Motel Magistral.(Cool bedside lamps! Just tap, no looking for switches in the middle of the night!)

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous sommes arrêté coucher à cet endroit pcq il faisait tempête dehors. Donc, nous n'avions pas réservation. Il restait seulement une chambre avec un lit queen et nous étions 3. La dame nous a trouvé un matelas gonflable. Ce fut très apprécié.

Belle grande chambre (#3) très propre séparée en deux par une porte avec deux lits double d’un côté et un queen de l’autre parfait pour nous de passage en moto.Ça a été une surprise agréable pour un prix très raisonnable.Les lits son très confortable et il y a un depanneur / station de service / épicerie de l’autre côté de la rue.

Clean Motel with a great shower and firm beds. Be aware that there are very few restaurants in the area. There's a small grocery store across the street with an SAQ, and the room has a microwave.

Motel que je recommanderais. La propriétaire était très gentille, et pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Au niveau de l'emplacement, c'est un peu reculé, mais parfait entre deux journées de route.

One of the best Motel in the region.The exterior needs a bit of love, but once you enter inside, one word: Wow.I love the blue and white them, attention to details, mattress in comfy. It has small quirks that give you smile.

Lovely little spot. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy (one of the better sleeps I've had recently, actually), great shower, high ceilings with nice decor, Roku TV, fridge and microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and good AC. I was also very impressed by the pillows. Super comfortable and lots of them. As I said, a great sleep. The exterior belies how welcoming the rooms are, so don't be put off by it. The lady who helped us was prompt and very kind. Highly recommend this place.
