As we reach the first anniversary of the completion of the garden I thought it fitting to pop a line to thank you for all you help , assistance and expertise with the planning and what is a very successful outcomeAs we look out from the conservatory now it is almost  as if we have 2 additional rooms in the house. The lighting scheme that you introduced  is absolutely brilliant and has encouraged us to use the conservatory far more  in the evening timeYour  idea  on having an upper and lower level was a great one as it provides 2 different aspects to the enjoyment in the garden . In addition the siting of the built in seating at different locations to tract the sun at different times of the day was excellent.The upper level water feature and dining area was a great success  as we entertained there off the conservatory level during the summer.Your advice on having the flower beds at waist level on the lower section of the garden  for easy access was a great idea and they border the upper garden level as well  providing great colour. There is a lot less maintenance involved as a resultThanks for helping with the choice of flowers and trees they have flourished in the new garden and the trees have provided great contrast and privacy to the back of the gardenAs we now look out on the garden in the evening time all lit up to perfection the project has provided a very peaceful , colourful and pleasing  asset to the houseMuch thanks for your advice , help and encouragement and dedication to the projectIt has been a pleasure to deal with you

!AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Damien McCarthy should be on cowboy builders. I had him do some groundwork for me and he left the place flooded, wouldn't return any call's or fix the problem. Previously lived and worked out of Wicklow and then Dublin, supposed to be in Laois now, constantly ducking and diving, Stay well away from this joker
