Woofy World Kennels & Daycare

We trusted Woofy World for our dog's first day in day care while in Kelowna on vacation - she loved it! They appear to have a good system rotating dogs inside and outside so that they don't overheat (we were there in the hottest week so far this summer) and take good care of them. All staff were friendly and helpful, easy to book online. We will go back, thank you for looking after our fur-baby!

Our lives were forever changed when we dropped off our precious dog for care in August 2022. After repeated conversations with the Manager and a half day trial run, we dropped our dog off on August 1st. He only had one eye and expressed our concern as he was special needs and required additional care and multiple daily eye drops and were assured that they took care of dogs with medical challenges. On August 7th when I called to check on him after multiple calls and emails to check on him during the week, the employee said was it normal to see discharge and a blue eye collar on his eye?" I was in Calgary connecting to Kelowna and immediately told her to bring him to emergency. I finally got there a few hours later and both the emergency doctor and opthalmologist both said he would have taken 24 hours to get to that stage. With the upmost sadness

Horrible experience. One of my dogs came home filthy head to toe and covered in diarrhea. Shocked they would send her home like that and not sure what happened in there that would cause her to be so sick. Will never go back.

Our Mabel stayed here for a week at the end of August/beginning of September. When we picked her up, we were told there was 1 confirmed case of kennel cough. She had green gunk in her eyes. When we got home, we noticed her coughing and took her to the vet. She was diagnosed with pneumonia. PNEUMONIA. When I spoke with Marcel, it seemed like no big deal. I understand that dogs can get kennel cough but her symptoms were so severe it became pneumonia. They didn't call anyone because they didn't notice anything wrong with her! Total cop out. I have been using this kennel for a decade and will not be back. BTW, their policy is to call owners when there are 2 confirmed cases of kennel cough. Anyone receive a call in early September?

Our little Boston terrier had a great week here. No issues what so ever and she loved playing with the other dogs. I’d definitely bring her back again. The girls at the front desk are super friendly!

Used them for our two dogs for daycare services on our last trip to Kelowna. Friendly staff, happy dogs and a nice break for us at the H2O zone knowing our dogs were in good hands. Thanks so much for fitting us in your day!

On very short notice Woofy World was able to take our Finnegan in just before we headed out of Kelowna. We picked up a very happy pup 5 days later. He ate his food well, wasn't apprehensive or shy, he seemed all around in good spirits! We know he was well taken care of! Thank you Woofy World!

Woofy World has been a great kennel for our old dog. We have a 120lb dog so he is put in the big dog pen when he goes. We never have any trouble dropping him off, he is always happy to be there.We had one instance where we had to leave him at the kennel with a hurt leg. The Woofy World staff was kind enough to keep him close and let our vet come to the kennel to check on him. I called to check on him and they said they were letting him Follow them around all day because that was more comfortable for him.I feel very comfortable leaving our dog at Woofy World. The price is competitive to other kennels.

Hands down the best place to leave your doggie! I didn't use a doggy daycare until my pup was 8 years old. I was nervous to leave her but they made me feel confident about the whole situation. My dog loved going there while I was out of town for work. I highly recommend Woofy World to anyone that needs a safe and loving place for their dog.
