Bought a suv from Bill, fantastic service, love my wheels! Almost a year later my Sons car needed major repairs; they fixed it right and reasonable cost. Mine had a warranty repair and the service was great and it was fixed within the day. Friendly, honest bunch there. I definitely recommend them for auto repair and purchase.

Everything about Gord Knight Motors is above average. All the staff are friendly and obviously happy in their work. The whole operation on its own merits deserves five stars.But I would like to give a special shout out to Jordan and the guys in the mechanical department. Twice I have been to their shop with mechanical problems that stymied mechanics at other shops and each time the guys at Gord Knight had diagnosed the problem and then fixed the problem and sent me on my way in what can only be described as a ridiculously short amount of time. And at a very reasonable price! If your vehicle has mechanical problems in Campbell River you will find no better shop in town to fix those problems than Gord Knight Motors.

Awful! Was looking at a vehicle and he said there was only one issue with it. Take it for a test drive and there was more then 1 thing I could count on my fingers wrong with it!! Try to make a more realistic offer and he wouldn't take it. Decided to look at a different dealership and that we would come back. He was really rude so we weren't going to go back but my boyfriend left his phone in the vehicle and the guy from the dealership tried to physically assault him and uttering threats. If your looking for bad vehicles with even worse service go here!! I would never waste my time or money going to this dealership.

We spent $3000 at a local shop getting the whole front end replaced on an suv we had bought. All the suv needed was a wheel alignment that the shop couldn’t do for us. They suggested ford knight motors. My son drives over and asks to get an alignment. They look at the vehicle and tell him they will have to replace all the ball joints and few other items before they are willing to do the alignment. He informs them that all that work had just been done as they billed him $50 for looking at it and sent him on his way. I informed the shop that did all the work about what had happened. And they said they will no longer recommend ford knight auto to people any longer. Unless you want to be sold something you don’t need and or get ripped I would not recommend this places.

2 REVIEWS: For mechanical repairs CLAY-NOR lawn & garden has used these guys several times & every occasion has been a good one! They're even a bit cheaper than their competitors which is awesome! I recommend them & my name is Clayton Norris the founder of CLAY-NOR...We have gone back a 2nd time & they were still really good!
