Nine Beauty Lounge

I had my lashes done last Tuesday (Dec13/2016) and by Sunday I had none left, not sure why, I understand things happen, nothing against the young lady who did them. I called Cecilia on Sunday who usually takes care of me and I proceeded to explain my situation, she told me to come in the following Tuesday to get them re done no cost. To make a long story short, Cecilia didn't show up for work, I was personally called by the owner who btw is very nice, sweet and professional and re booked me with Jen, no hassles no questions asked. I'm so thankful for Cecilia not coming to work, cause Jen not only took care of me but my lashes never looked better!! She's just awesome I LOVE LOVE LOVE my lashes!! I usually do not write reviews but such great service needs to recognize!!! Thank you Jen!! thank you Nine Beauty Lounge!! I will definitely be back

Best eyelash extension service and experience!I don't normally leave reviews however I had to with this place and the great experience I received. I have never had my lashes done before and a few of my friends had gone to this place and absolutely love theirs, so I figured I would try it. The office is really cozy and the staff was so helpful. Brittany was very nice, accommodating and professional and made me feel comfortable about the whole experience. The lash technicians are amazing and some of the nicest lashes I have seen are from this establishment. I will always go back and recommend this to everyone I know. I wake up looking and feeling amazing everyday...Thank you Nine Beauty Lounge!!!!

So pretty! The staff is wonderful and super patient and helpful. Quiet, clean and relaxing. Great work as well. Jen who did my lashes did a fantastic job. I haven't lost one yet and it's been a week! Highly recommend for lashes at least, but if they offer other services I would be willing to try them, given the care I was given for my lashes extensions.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Nine Beauty Lounge. The staff are extremely friendly and their costumer service is amazing. When you go there for your first visit the staff will take the time to explain to you the different style of lashes they offer and inform you of the price before hand so you are not surprised after they apply the lashes. You truly pay the price for what you get. They do a great job and your lashes will look amazing. The applying of the lashes is approximately 90 minutes however the staff are so friendly and easy to talk to, it never feels that long. I can honestly say that I have never left there unhappy. I would recommend Nine Beauty Lounge, they do an amazing job!

I decided to try lash extensions for the first time and Nine did a great job! Kaitlyn did my initial service, and I was very very happy with how they turned out! I asked for a natural look, with just a little extra oomph and the result was exactly what I wanted. After 3 weeks, my lashes still looked pretty full, but I decided to get a fill just to clean them up before going on vacation. Shellyza did my fill and I am just as happy this time around! I went with a little more dramatic look this time, and they are perfect! I recommend Nine Beauty Lounge to all my friends! They do a great job, and it is clear that these ladies love what they do. They are perfectionists, and make sure your lashes look amazing!

I have been going to Nine Beauty Lounge now for about 2+ years for my eyelashes and hair extensions and not only is everyone extremely talented and take pride in their work but its a professional and inviting friendly atmosphere. I knew nothing about lashes when I walked in and the staff took their time to explain the procedure and how to maintain. I constantly get compliments on my lashes and extensions. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

Make sure they are using real lash glue!!!!First time I went here was very good service, and My lashes last over a month. When I went back I had a new girl and she did not do them the same way and the majority of them fell out. I went back to the first girl loved them And lasted over a month again when I tried booking again I found out she no longer worked there and got a new girl. While getting them done I noticed she did them different. She didn't comb threw them at all while she was doing it and most of them fell out that week. I tried once more with a new girl and had the same problem, and wasn't satisfied by that look. My lashes also hurt for a day or two after having them done. I believe they need to be trained better on relashingI just recently went to a new place, since most my lashes fell out in clumps this time and had missing patches. When they tried removing the old lashes it took them over two hours When it should only take 10 because a lot of the lashes were glued to my eyelid, and also glued to close to eyelash. They were also glued in big clusters so it was very difficult to have them removed without my real lashes coming off as well. They said that most of them fell out so quickly because there were To many applied to one lashes, which made it too heavy and They fell off.They also believe that it was not actual lash glue that they used, it looked a lot different and stronger almost like hair glue. I now have to wait a few weeks for my lashes to re grown and also grow stronger again before getting new ones... I went back here twice hoping they would turn out because it's good service and staff, but I believe they need to be trained better for the lashes to last longer .

Recently got a set of the Siberian mink lashes. My first time, so I was a bit nervous. But did a lash consultation and felt comfortable so I decided to take a chance and go for it. Loved the experience and the lash girl who did my lashes. Quiet, peaceful environment, the salon’s super cute. Definitely will book my refill, very happy with the work they did.

Had an full classic set on Sunday (two days ago). Was told to wait 24-48 hours before putting water so the lash glue would cure. The girl who applied the extension was nice but every inexperienced. By the end of my appointment I had 3 of my own lashes stuck to the bottom lash line which she ripped out (extremely painful) and by the Monday I had lashes already flipping the opposite way into my eye. On top of that when I was done the service i paid $120 cash and was told cash payments do not receive any receipt. What kind of business doesn’t give receipts or change ( even if it’s a dollar)? If she wanted a tip she should of allowed me the opportunity to give it. the only reason I felt the need to write this review is because as I was getting ready for bed last night I would say a healthy half of the extensions fell out. Check the photos.Tip: find a master lash artist at another salon and pay the extra money! Cheap glue and inexperience is not worth it.
