Due to another shop's error, the wrong tuxedos showed up 2 days before my wedding. JP and crew did everything they could to get quality, and the right replacement Tux's for my groomsmen and myself, and got the tux's to us day of the wedding and were the perfect fit. Can't say enough for JP going above and beyond to fix an error that wasn't his fault in the first place. Outstanding Customer Service

If I could give a rating lower than 1 I would. Went here with Fiance and his Best Man to shop for suit rentals for our wedding. Customer service was beyond awful. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us and were very unhelpful. Such a disappointing experience as my Fiance had been excited to go shopping for his wedding clothes. The staffs my fiancé dealt with pressured him to put a $40 deposit and tried to get him fitted that night. We had to phone to cancel the booking and did not receive the deposit back. Please avoid this place if you can.

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of business clothing. They were also able to get two pairs of pants hemmed while I was picking out other items. I really appreciated not having to make a second trip to pick up the pants at a later date.

My Husband bought his Personal Fitted Tux from Moores for our Wedding that happened in October of this year.We would personally like to thank Scott for his professionalism and opinion with helping us match our colors with the Grooms Tux and Groomsmens Tuxes. Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct.Our bridal party had no problems working with Scott and my Husband had an amazing experience with him as well.Thank you for such a great experience, now my Husband has a fitted tux he can wear over and over again!

Needed some dress clothes for my sister's wedding so I thought I'd try Moore's because they have great store hours. I have to say that today's experience is the best I've ever had at a clothing store. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

I decided to come here to find a nice date night outfit with the wife and was Absolutely blown away with the level of customer service we received ! The Young gentleman went above and beyond to find me the sizes I needed and didn't try to sell me on over priced items. Most appreciated part was he didn't profile me especially when I walked in with my work pants on.

This might have been the worst customer experience I have ever had. Went in to get a dress shirt, was helped by an unpleasant thin, older, balding fella. He was not friendly at all and barely helpful. When I tried to express that I was looking for a shirt that wasn’t see through and commented on a suggestion that he made about undershirts, he responded, “well I was just giving you an option, man” and walked away.The greater staff then gathered together and began talking about stuff that was obviously inappropriate. If I didn’t absolutely need to pick up a shirt for the next day, I’d have just left without getting anything. Terrible experience
