Dr. Robert McBroom is the best doctor I have ever met. He is very professional he didn't push surgery and explained my options,He is very friendly and has a good sense of humour.If my back doesn't improve, he will be my first choice to do the surgery..Thank you Dr. McBroom for your time.Ps. Had an MRI done September 2016. Placed a referral through my family GP and was told I'd be receiving a call in July 2017.Received a call from 'Donna', who stated she is the only front desk staff available to speak to. Donna was extremely forceful in repeatedly inquiring as to whether or not I really needed the surgery done, if I'd actually go through with it etc etc.. She backed off after I stated confusion as to her line of questioning and without apology stated that there are a lot of people waiting and it's a very busy office so she wants to be sure I'm not wasting the doctor`s time".I couldn't walk.Pretty sure I'd be going through with whatever was recommended. Pretty sure I don't need to be grilled on whether or not I 'Actually' need to go see a specialist.Nevertheless

I think the secretary needs to retire and the doc is so arragant and does not follow up with his patients in a reasonable time frame.and also botched my surgery.he shudnt be practicing

Dr. McBroon did 2 of my spine surgeries. I'm grateful for the great job he did on both surgeries. Bedside manner wasn't the best but I'll take great surgeon" over bedside manner any day. Thanks Bob"

Robert McBroom is an amazing person. He changed my life for the better. The secretary however, needs to have a better attitude. Not a good human being if I must say
