Rawley Resort, Spa & Marina

A Muskoka gem. Beautiful main building and cottages with lovely spacious rooms and gorgeous views of the lake. The spa is very nice with outdoor hot tub and pool. Having been to several Muskoka resorts, I must say that the staff at Rawley's are the best by far compared to other resorts. Everyone is helpful, friendly and very professional, including the front desk, spa and Lighthouse restaurant team. Sam was my main server for the dinner and she is absolutely wonderful. Food and drinks at the Lighthouse were also very good. Certainly looking forward to the next stay. Thanks for a great weekend guys!

Booked this stay with Expedia at a specific rate. 24 hours later I received messages about upgrades that I have accepted and suddenly my rates were over $100.00 more per night. After going round and round with Expedia and them telling me that this was Rawley's doing. I contacted the resort. The manager suggested canceling the Expedia reservation while claiming that the price I booked at couldn't have been the price. The he proceeded to tell me he was running a special for the same price. Clearly this wasn't honest.Flash forward to my stay. There was music playing all around the facility all night. I tried to call the front desk and nobody ever answered the phone. I could hear the music all night and struggled to sleep. I'm almost certain I was the only person in the resort this night as well.The afternoon before my second night I called the facility from my cell to cancel my third night. The agent told me sure no problem". Of course upon checking out the agent then made sure I had to be charged for that extra day even though I was already leaving. This is off season so there literally was nobody else there or maybe one other room being used. The answer given over and over again is "it's our policy".Upon e mailing manager of course again the reply was basically "it's our policy" and no real addressing of the agent never saying that "no problem" in canceling didn't mean anything.From the start to the finish I feel this facility has horrible business practices and I would he very cautious about booking here. It's a lovely setting and the room was beautiful. I just think they're focused on screwing over every customer they can in the restaurant and the hotel. I'd never stay again and will be sure to advise the many people I know in the area to avoid."

Enjoyed a nice meal for our anniversary. The service was friendly and attentive. Loved the cheese dip as our appetizer and the bread was scrumptious. I ordered the Cheetos Salmon (because I had to know) and it was tasty. Others ordered the duck and were not disappointed. If you can snag a table by the window you'll be treated to a lovely view. Looking forward to returning.

What a fantastic experience. Check-in was a breeze, quick and seamless. Rooms are clean, beautiful, cozy and the feeling of home. Restaurant was fantastically good. Service was great and Server treated you with a smile. Spa was fantastic. Masseuse had great hands and products used did not irritate my skin. All in all, this is a fantastic place to enjoy nature and to reset from the daily stress and hassles. Staff is hard-working and very customer driven!!!Thank you Rawley Resort for the beautiful getaway!!! I will be returning very soon!

My family has been coming to Rawleys regularly since 2007. We have a cottage on the lake. I have never had a more horrific experience at a restaurant then what we experienced on June 17th 2023 at Rawley Resort. We sat at a table for two hours without getting our meal. We had two kids at our table age 7 and 9 that got served NOTHING in two hours not even bread until we asked and got a bite size square. We ended up leaving without eating. The restaurant was not even close to capacity and they could not manage the patrons. We got married at Rawleys in 2010. You have spoiled our memory Rawley Resort. The 6 Arctic char entrees you packed up to go were not edible it went straight into the garbage. We could not be more disappointed with Rawley resort.

I've been to Rawley a handful of times and it's always fantastic. The rooms and grounds are gorgeous. The restaurant is gorgeous and the live piano sets a great mood.

My husband and I stayed in a Premium Waterview Suite for a quick one-night getaway. Because it was the off-season (end of March), the room was incredibly reasonably priced and I was blown away at the luxuriousness of the room compared to what we paid. The whole place was quiet and serene and all of the staff seemed to know exactly who we were. Nadine in the spa gave us wonderful pedicures, and we had a charcuterie board delivered to our room to enjoy late in the afternoon. The Lighthouse Restaurant impressed us on every level, service was immaculate, the food excellent, and we moved to the front of the restaurant after our meal for dessert and a another drink while we enjoyed the excellent live piano player. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had our included breakfast in the restaurant before we left, which was also excellent. This resort truly is a hidden gem, and we’ll be sure to return in the nicer weather, but it just might be our go-to for the off season, we truly enjoyed how quiet and relaxing it was.

Ken and team were outstanding hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. We rented an Airbnb for the weekend which was occupied upon our arrival, after calling around to several different hotels/resorts, the team at Rawley recognized we were tired and hungry and made check in to our very comfortable room effortless. The food was great, the location was perfect; comparatively for the price I will never rent an Airbnb again - the difference is in the exceptional service and the details! This is a hidden gem and we will definitely return.

Had brunch at the restaurant. The service was great and the food was good. Their take on eggs Benedict head nicely poached eggs but not enough hollandaise sauce. The Caesar was very good.
