Buying the washing machine was quick and satisfactory. The delivery was amazing. Had a constant update on when to expect delivery. Right on time. Very efficient. Quite happy with results.

I walked in the store and was greeted and welcomed by Ali Raza. He took time to listen and suggest the appliance i needed. Absolutely loved my first experience buying from CAS. Delivery was as promised and the delivery guys were terrific. Thanks to Ali , his colleague and team for a great experience.

We had our appliances delivered with clear notes of where it should have been delivered inside our townhouse. The delivery men decided it would be easier to just drop them in the main hallway blocking the entire thing. It's a fire hazard since we only have one way of exiting now and if there's a problem with our water we have no way of getting to the shutoff since it's now blocked. This was from the Guelph location.

My delivery was delayed by a day and a half because of the breakdown of the initial truck. The delivery team worked overtime to reschedule my delivery as fast as possible. Really appreciated. Stuff happens, that's life, and they gave me stellar service throughout.

We are very happy with our fridge. It was delivered on time and the delivery team were excellent. They had to remove our front door to get the fridge through and manipulated it carefully to get it in position in our kitchen Would shop here again as the prices are very competitive

These guys are nice AT THIS LOCATION SO FAR, which is why the review is 4stars. However, the company is crooked, they *will* lie to you about pricing, delivery dates, deadlines, etc. 'The sale ends today' is startlingly common.We were dealing with someone in Markham this week who sent us fraudulent, edited photos. He didn't even bother to change the name from Peachy photo editor.

We went to the Guelph store. The showroom is impressive and the prices are good, however, be very wary of service, warranty and return policy. If all goes well with your product, you're lucky. If there are any issues...you're in trouble. If there is an issue and they do accept the return, within 7 days, there is a 25% return fee". That's very "shady".As a side note the salesperson was very disinterested. Either "buy it or move along".Definitely not worth the gamble to buy from here."
