Very easy to get a unit from , the staff are great, and the pricing is very fair compared to other places.

The manager disposed of everything I owned because I couldn't contact the storage from November 27- December 9th . Not giving me 30 days even. When I called in to pay and come retrieve my stuff she yelled at me and told me it was all at the dump. My children's baby pictures , baby clothes , my diaries and my deceased grandmother's heirlooms. Antiques , my perfume collection , paintings , on and on and a print of mother Mary that was from 1778 and had been in my family since the 1800's. My beautiful mirrors. Everything I had ever owned .my books. Furniture and even my dishes I have nothing now. She did not care and said do you think you are the first person this has happened to" admitting she's done this to others . It's not legal to dispose.of ones goods before 30 -60 days are up. Don't store here. I plan on sueing. I cried for two days straight as I can't replace certain items. My best friend died recently and things I had of hers were in there. I've never been so heartbroken in my life . Dorinda stole or threw out my belongings . Don't give your money or trust your goods with this business. I wish my things had never ended up there. Lakeside storage is shady and not honest or legit.i had no phone for 10 days and legally had 30 to 90 days before it could be disposed of. This was done on purpose and my bf and I checked the sylvan lake dump and did not find one bin or one item of mine."

If we could give Lakeside Storage, Sylvan Lake TEN stars, we would have no trouble doing so. Last year my husband and I needed some extra storage. After careful research of storage companies in the Red Deer/Sylvan Lake area we chose Lakeside Storage. From our first contact with Dorinda we knew this was where we wanted to store our valuable items. Valuable to us since they are furnishings passed down through generations. We thought we would need an xl unit but after talking with us, Dorinda suggested we rent a smaller unit. WOW!!! It was the exact size we needed, saving us money on our monthly payment. The staff is always courteous and helpful and we love the fact that we can access our unit 24/7. We would definitely recommend Lakeside Storage to anyone looking for short or long term storage
