Had Kayne in to do a roof leak repair for our house. Unlike other contractors we had previously dealt with, he was able to pinpoint the issue on the same day and the exact locations that needed fixing. The issue was fully repaired (not just a band-aid fix) to a quality that exceeded the original builder's contractors and we have not had any issues since.Super friendly and professional with great communication throughout the entire repair process. His wealth of knowledge in both commercial and residential building far exceeds the average contractor.I would not hesitate to contact Kayne for any future contracting needs.

My house needed the repair of some damaged exterior wooden architectural features. I asked Kayne to estimate a repair done in a way I proposed. He quoted that, and then came up with a superior method that cost about 40% less. On repair day, he also fixed a drywall hole inside my house. Both jobs were done perfectly, quickly, neatly. Both look as new, as though they had never been damaged. Kayne is a courteous, meticulous, versatile, and clever workman.

Kayne has fixed any problems that have come up in my house. He gives you an estimate what needs attention and is prompt in fixing the problem. He has checked on my house when we are not available. We called CCS for an inspection of our homes foundation following a fireplace installation that suggested some exterior water damage. We were worried about possible structural damage to foundation.Kayne arrived that day within a couple of hours, removed siding,cut tarpaper and inspected fibreboard at suspected sites of moisture. He also checked interior walls. He explained clearly as he very thoroughly inspected and finally assured us that there was no water damage present. What a relief! While at our home he noticed some driveway lifting and told us how to fix it ourselves. All For no charge! Kayne taught us a lot about our home, was friendly and responsive and quietly confident and reassuring. Rest assured that we will contact CCS if ever building issues arise again. Thank you Kayne.

We hired Kayne to rip out an existing gas fireplace and restore the corner it came out of to original condition. This included gas line work, flooring installation, drywall/mudding, baseboards, electrical work and venting work - all of it was done with a consistent level of professionalism and friendliness that I have not experienced to this level before in a contractor. The final result looks excellent, he always showed up the day he said he would and he was excited to work with us when we decided to convert the old fireplace vent into a cat door for our future Catio.
