Sun Tree Spa

Nice Spa with lots of variety of services. Have to book ahead though too get in. I'd recommend booking spa services before you book your hotel too make sure you can get the services you want when you arrive.

Melissa at Sun Tree was amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never had a treatment before and it was great. 75 minutes went by so quickly.Would highly recommend and would go back again.

Overpriced and underwhelmed. Highly overpriced for the level of service you get. My body wrap consisted of the same strip being scrubbed by a brisk brushing and then product applied to that same area. Which didn't feel the best when it felt raw). My arms and legs are not one dimensional, nor should my wrap application be. Yes I was given the brush they used afterwards, but by no means was the level of service in line with the cost. Pedicure was one sided, one foot got all the attention and the other foot I scraped extra skin off of that night in the bath. Yes the associates are very polite and mannerly but that is it. NOTHING during my experiences at the spa, has me saying I would come back"."

I went in Jan 2023 and had 2 treatments, salt of the earth massage and Gua shu facial. Both heavenly. Love the geothermal mineral water as well. The spa is very professional and very clean. I have no complaints

I don’t usually post reviews, but it feels like it needs to be done. I tried to book a couples massage for my husband and myself for our birthday weekend. We are already staying at the hotel and thought it would be a nice treat for both of us. It was my mistake for waiting until the last minute to book, I’ll admit that. But once I told the receptionist what date and time I wanted to book for she sounded so rude and disrespectful, like I was inconveniencing her. I have very bad social anxiety so it was extremely hard for me to call to book in the first place. I was trying to be as friendly as possible… I understand that massage services probably book up fast. That’s not the issue. Her attitude over the phone made me feel so uncomfortable. She even offered me to book a pedicure instead of a massage… in addition to the only single massage service available for that particular day, which was odd. Maybe some more customer service/compassion training for your receptionist is probably a good idea… or maybe even an online booking option could be a better alternative for people who feel more comfortable doing that.

We did not have a very good experience at all the most recent time we went.I called and asked to book a massage, the lady on the phone asked what kind and I stated we needed two massages with an RMT. When we got there I confirmed that we were seeing RMT's and she said yes. After that she handed us forms to fill out even though we have been before and you usually don't have to refill all that information as a repeat client.We had come early to use the pool before our massages and we had stated that as well and she said okay. They were supposed to provide us with our cards for the spa lockers where we could change get our swim stuff on and everything and they made us wait until it was time for the first massage to give my fiance a card for the locker room and I had to ask again after my massage to get a card.When I am done my massage it was a mediocre massage not what we had come to expect for our time at this facility previously. I found out that we were not booked in with an RMT at all. Overall I was very disappointed with our experienceWe go for massages at the spa to relax and spend time together in the pool before our massages and it was no such thing i was annoyed by them not coming back with our key cards and we didn't get to spent time together in the pool at all because they said the spa locker room needed to be closed up by 10 pm and my fiances massage wasn't done till after 9:30pm

Friendly front desk staff but computer system keeps “freezing” and could use an upgrade. Would benefit having an online booking system, in my opinion.Christina is incredible at facials, body wraps etc. Services could be longer for what you pay but still reasonable.Rooms are comfortable and clean. Will return, most definitely!

The pedicure we got was actually alright.But the services were very expensive for what was received.We were told the Indian Spice Ritual would be very romantic, which is why we booked it. It was not romantic. I told the practitioner that I have extremely sensitive skin on my face so she had to be very gentle on my facial. She assured me she would be and everything would be fine, then she ended up damaging my skin. My face was burning and severely red all night afterwards.The hot stone massage was extremely disappointing. Actually, the relaxation massage we got from the estheticians during the Ritual" was more thorough and enjoyable than our treatments from the Registered Massage Therapists.We are very experienced with massage therapy so its easy to tell when a therapist doesn't really know what they're doing

Highly disappointed in my first time experience at the spa. First off, I called to book a dermaplaning facial and while on the phone she seemed distracted and busy. Fine. I specifically asked if we can go in the mineral pool with this type of facial and they said not to get my face wet. Ok great. Called to book a massage and I spoke with Anna, I had some questions and she was very polite and provided great recommendation over the phone. I had to call back the number because I was also booking an appointment for someone else and the second lady I spoke with was very rude and said there was no availabilities for what I wanted. I ended up have to call the number a 3rd time as the second lady was no help and I got through Anna again. She showed empathy, apologized there was no availabilities and asked if I could be in the wairlist, while the other girl didn't mention anything. The difference in the tone and service was tremendous and I wish I got the name of the other worker. If you need to book a massage over the phone, I would ask for Anna.
