I’ve been using their service for over 25yrs, with excellent customer service support, highly recommended.

Repairmen are very courteous and knowledgeable. However, in the process of repairing my heatpump it was disconnected and parts were to be ordered to complete the repair. I called to follow up once (3 weeks later) and a repairman was sent to take measurements in order to provide a quote. I never heard back from the office and the unit remained inoperable (while the service charge was still applied).

Called for a service (because I found their sticker on the unit in the house I bought) to figure out what was wrong with my central AC unit. The guy who showed up spent 5 minutes, charged me 180$ to give me an estimate. The estimate listed new motor ($505) new fan blade ($230), capacitor ($110) 1.5 hours labor ($210) and travel charge ($40) for a grand total with taxes of $1260.I felt it was maybe a little excessive so I did some research...I used the list I paid $180 for and obtained the exact same motor for $188, the capacitor for $55 and was told it was ridiculous to change the fan blades, they were basically good as new.So I paid $280 taxes and a tip included because the guy where I bought it was so helpful (see my other reviews to find out where I bought the parts) and saved $1000!!!It took me all of 15 minutes to replace the parts on my unit. I have no experience with HVAC, but still...15 minutes.**edited out negativity***I will never call them again, I encourage others to do the same.Edit: As for the response below from Mr Claudio Rose. You may want to have a discussion with your service technician. In the FIVE minutes he was here he absolutely did not make that clear to my wife in any way that the 180$ was creditable.

I developed a freon leak in my 3 yr old A/C system. I didn't originally buy it with Turner but the company I originally dealt with refused to come and service the unit (Click-Air) even though it had a 10 year warranty. I called around the west island and only Turner agreed to come help. They also helped me navigate the warranty process. It took a few visits to find the source of the leak and order the new parts from Fujitsu but they made it happen and I FINALLY have A/C again. Even though it was difficult to find the issue, they provided regular updates about part ordering, and were very transparent about what was covered by the warranty so there was no surprise costs. I will be using them again for the next repair or new A/C system!

There are dozens of other, more reputable companies to deal with for sure. On November 3rd, Joanne Goddard quoted me a price of .83 per litre. I said ok" and she charged my card for $500. They delivered oil the following day (less than 24 hrs after she quoted and charged my card) and put through the charge at $.91 per litre. I understand that gas prices may have increased between the time that she quoted me and the time they delivered

I would just like to say a HUGE Thank you to Glenn Turner and his team for their fantastic service & dedication.More than once have I had to call them at all hours of the night & day, and they have all ways come to my rescue! Last winter aroundChristmas, ( one of those extreme sub freezing nights!) I ran out of oil due to a blocked pipe leading into my tank!! They located the problem and brought over enough oil to heat the house for the night and the next day they filled my tank!They have helped me conserve energy , as well as helped me to save on equipment, from heat pumps to water heaters....Totally awesome customer service.I highly recommend their loyal service!!It 's hard these days to actually get any kind of good old fashioned

I've been using Turner Heating's oil delivery for my home for the past two years. I recently had inquired as to whether they'd be able to modernize my heatpump, since it was a very old unit. The work was done efficiently, on time and I even had a chance to have a good technical lesson on the inner workings of my heating system by their lead technician. My old compressor had originally been installed at the wrong elevation, and Turner repositioned the newer system for maximum efficiency. I'm very appreciative and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank-you.

I called for an estimate and they were quick to schedule me that same day!!! Absolutely loved the service!! Fast and efficient!! Within a week my AC was installed and running beautifully!! Highly recommend this company to everyone!!!

Just had a heat pump installed 2 days ago and I must say the customer experience was exceptional. I bought the equipment from Mr. Claudio de Rose who had such wonderful character & presence. I would definitely recommend Turner to anyone looking for an installation or system change.☺
