Got an appointment within 48 hrs through bonjour santé. Dr. Sophie Perrier-Ferland was thorough, took her time and informative. I Got a call back from her days after having a scan for my shoulder problem explaining the problem. All in all great experience.

One of the worst clinic I ever visited. I went there for 3 times, everytime I pay and wait for 2-3 hours just to see doctor's face. I have injury on my foot and they have done nothing with that. Doctor said you have to go to hospital for the surgery and I said give me a reference" nd he said for that you have to take appointment again and have to pay again."

First time going to a clinic so I read all I could on the website and in the reviews.The website says they opened at 8:00 but some reviews says you have to go very early. Came on a Tuesday 6:20 and the door and elevator were lock. I figured I'd come back right before 8.Came back at 7:50. The receptionist told me they were full because they start admission at 7:00. I told her what is written on the website and she told me she knew but no one corrects it.Currently waiting in another clinic hoping I haven't wasted my day off just for this.

I came to this place because it is close to where I work so that I don't miss too much work. A colleague happens to have his physiotherapy here. The doctors seem to be professional enough and the place is clean and with high-end technology.Today I am so disappointed and have decided not to ever return to this place. The so-called 'sans-rendez vous' clinique is not working because you are supposed to get up super early before the door is open the get a number or wait in line. They limit the number of spots for the day so some people get turned away even they arrive when the door just opens.I was here for a work injury. The day I showed up with my injured hand, the receptionist sent me away saying it's full (I guess I did not look like bleeding to death at the time). I came back the next early morning and was greeted 'it's full' and I got mad and showed her my injured and bandaged hand. She did not apologize but said that I should have said the reason of coming is because of my injury( CSST). She took my card and I waited. I met the nurse first, then 90minutes to see a doctor. He then sent me to do x-ray somewhere else which took 40 minutes roundtrip. Came back with result and waited another 45 minutes to re-see the doctor (he said that no wait when I came back with result).The doctor did not set up a revisit date and he thought my hand will be fine by 2 weeks. 3 weeks has past and I feel the pain so I decided to come back to see the doctor (I wanted to see the same doctor so I did not go to the clinique closer to home)I arrived this morning at 7:40am. Met the nurse 2 hours later. Now 4 hours has past, I sincerely regret to have come to this clinique at first place.Yes, you can keep saying it's the system's fault, not enough doctors, nurses, blabla. I do not think your business model works answer I will not be your customer anymore.

So in order to see a doctor without an appointment, you must first go to their website and register for an appointment at 7:00PM. The beautiful part of this process is that you have to manually enter in a time when you want to schedule an appointment - I have tried to manually enter in every available time slot that day without any success. So they offer another service that will automatically give you a list of availabilities which you must pay for. I paid for it and the kicker is that there are no doctors available. What a joke.

I’m not sure what is wrong the receptionist. They need to either fire her or give better training.I received a text stating I had an appointment out of the blue (had asked 2 months ago so had forgotten about it) but I wasn’t able to make it so called them to reschedule.I had attempted to call them 5 times, email them, left 2 voice messages and sent text messages to reschedule.The receptionist said they don’t deal with fatigue which is what they gave me appointment for originally. And suddenly they acted like they couldn’t hear me even though the sound until then had been clear and I was calling from home. Then they promptly hung up.Horrible service.

its not worthy for one star.i came 1hour before they open, they showed up late.and i ask for appointment with a doc, receptionist gave me one paper and said call number on the paper and make an appointment

I had an appointment at 1:30pm. Doctor called me at3pm. And in doctor’s room, doctor finally showed up at 3:40pm. Reception staff wasn’t really good. Doctor was good. If you are a student try taking appointment at another place. Because here you have to be free for a whole day.

awful clinic. awful schedule system.I called the clinic to schedule a appointment and the girl told me to go to the website to make an appointment. OK, so far. Once in the website it was impossible to find a spot no matter what time or day i put it in. So I went to the clinic to see if i could skip the website and schedule the appointment in person, and I couldn't.The only way to schedule a appointment is from the website, after 3pm, one day before meaning: you can only find schedule the next day and no further!! there's NO MEANS to find when it will be available so you have to go to the website EVERYDAY after 3pm to see if there's any availability.If a date is available in 21 days, you will have to enter the website for 21 days everyday, after 3pm to find that out.Just too awful.
