Could have been a little nicer to your young employees, they are only as efficient as YOU have trained them. It's MANGEMENTS responsibility for this shops reputation and poor customer attitude don't take that out on anyone else but yourself.....PRE COUNT YOUR BOTTLES.

Been here a few times area is sketchy but the service was good everytime and though people say they rip you off after pre counting 3 different times and ending up with exactly as much as expected I would assume anyone who says they rip you off overestimates the value of their recycling as 100 cans is still only $10 and if a container is exactly 1L you still only get .10$ it must be over 1L by at least a ml to get .25$

I've been using this bottle depot services for several years. The location is convenient for any mode of transportation - there's a bus stop nearby, several pedestrian and bicycle routes, and a place for parking in the yard. The staff is professional and quick. Despite the perceived reputation of the surrounding area, the location is safe to navigate and use. If you happen to notice any discrepancy in the amount given, do not hesitate to discuss it with the personnel. I would definitely recommend this depot for any large or bulk refunds.

I would always think they were ripping me off like everyone else. But when I took the time and counted up my own bottles, I remembered the value and didn’t mention it to the cashier. Low and behold I got exactly what I counted. Don’t give them a hard time if you just assume you got more. They are good to me.

They think they can rip off people without them noticing, when called out he yelled and got angry, because he got caught. Advice is go somewhere else, take a few minutes extra.

I take my bottles here all of the time, I have for years, they are always very nice to me. I've had great service and I can even bring in how many I have and they will pay me what I wrote down. That's trust worthy if I do say so myself. Now they have a cool machine that counts a lot of the cans and plastic bottles it's fun to watch. I will continue to bring my bottles here as long as I have emptiesto bring.
