I initially called Central Heating after a major water leak with my water heater. As they were in the neighbourhood, the service was quick and on time. Wayne, the owner and installation technician was very helpful in assisting our family and soon had the problem under control. He recommended an on-demand heater which was installed the very next day. Wayne provided very prompt service when an occasional humming noise emanated from our furnace. He suggested me recording the noise and send to him for diagnosis, which he determined over the phone and walked us through the repair. He has cleaned our furnace over the years and replaced our thermostat and has always provided honest, reliable, professional and knowledgeable service. We would highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs!

On August 20 2021 my A/C quit on me that morning on what was going to be one of the hottest week this summer. Called Central and got a call back in about 45min spoke to Wayne and then he showed up about 40 min later. Explained to me what was wrong with the A/C as well as showed me what was going on with the unit. Wayne had it repaired in about 20min. I was so greatfull for his service and how quick it was all taken care of. Thanks Wayne for keeping us cool during this record breaking heat wave.

Great communication and honest work from start to finish. Wayne really takes pride in his work and schedules extra visits and follow ups to make sure everything done right. Wayne was very responsive and helpful in resolving what ultimately was a simple problem with my furnace. Called him, texted him my address, and he was there not long after that to inspect the unit. He was kind enough to charge me less than we agreed because the job ended up being very simple.Overall, he was professional, fair, and provided great service. I'd be happy to continue going to him for my HVAC needs, and would recommend him to anyone else as well!

Wayne, his son Nick and Chad were extremely professional, and the installation of new furnace and AC unit was performed exactly as they said it would. They worked with me and removed the furnace a few days earlier to allow me to finish the wall off in a area near the furnace. Very knowledgeable about complete home hvac systems. Would recommend them to anyone looking for furnace/ac installation and repair.
