Buyer beware, these guys are the definition of Used car salesmen". While they didn't technically do anything illegal

I bought a 07 3500 ram 6spd loaded larimie, truck has been great, I test drove it, i inspected it on site my self as I'm fairly mechanically inclined and there was not a spec of rust on it hence inspecting a used vehicle, truck drove good all worked good. I bought it and I must say the price was right, I took it uncertified as I have a shop where i live who does all my mechanical work, guess what it needed, a license plate bulb... if you don't have a clue about vehicles take a friend who knows something. Bruce was great to deal with and they put 2 brand new batteries in it!

I wish there was a negative rating just for these guys. They are the sleaziest dealer I have ever dealt with. These are the guys that give used car dealers a bad name. Sold me a truck that had nothing but problems since the day I got it. They said it was a trade in when it actually came from an auction and had been stripped of everything, even had the spare tire and jack removed. They wouldn't do a single thing for me. I don't know how they stay in business when they treat their customers like this.

Larry Armstead This is more of a warning to consumers then anything good. I bought a 2004 Jaguar from Premium Finance, Located on Harbor blvd of city Costa Mesa California. The most dishonest characters can be found there. After driving car and signing finance papers dash board warning lights came on before ever driving car off their lot. They assured me that lights would go out within a couple of days. Warning dash lights never went out, finally I took car to mechanic. So many problems was wrong with car that transmission needs replacement. I had car 4 days and took it back even on 1st and every day after purchasing it, with there re-assurance it would be fine. To replace the transmission it will cost me over $3500.00 plus the cost of this junk car, the airbag error light are also on still, will have to find out what that will cost. I strongly recommend that customers think twice before doing business with them. I've taken repair paper work to them and as yet no reply. I was lied to by them they stated to me the Lemon law did not exist any more, and that I could buy two days for $200.00 for each day. I was told that I could not bring the car back because I did not purchase the two days under the Lemon Law contract they offered I found out they just set warning lights to clear so consumer is fooled. I also found the Lemon law and read that it still exist and that no one has ever paid for it and that it still is for three days not two. I paid $5950.00 for this car plus financed a portion of it plus interest. Buyer be ware!Chris H11 months agoWent here over a Saturday to look at a couple of cars. First up was a 2006 Mercedes CLS500. I bought a pickup truck from BRUCE. Poor customer service. The truck has security lock lug nuts, they weren't give to me, it also took 3 weeks to have the truck safety & emissions tested. I'm not happy at all.. 3 months has passed by now, I've taken the truck to another mechanic, and found out I have to invest 4 thousand dollars into the Power Steering, it's leaking, the pump is not working, tie rods & ball joints need to be replaced.. Bruce at Premium auto sales was not cooperative at all... He only wanted to get rid of the truck ASAP, and not invest any money to properly fixing it.. I suggest to anyone buying a car/truck from that dealership to drive that vehicle to another mechanic, before you buy it.

I bought 2012 Navigator from Premium Finance Auto in October 2018. I had been shopping for 5-6 months, and looked at a number vehicles. It was a bit of a drive for me to go to Premium, so I emailed Chris several times with specific questions and he was helpful and professional. When my brother and I finally went to see and drive the vehicle, it was as Chris had described it -- no unexpected surprises. He also had the CarProof report ready for me to view.The posted price was reasonable, so rather than negotiating a lower price I spoke with Chris about doing some of the work required for safety with higher quality parts (OEM brake pads). The vehicle also needed tires for the safety. Rather than a basic, low cost tire, I requested that Premium get their best price on all-season Pirellis and I paid the $400 difference. I felt that Chris and his brother were very professional and helpful, and I was able to get the best value.I have been driving the Navigator for a month and there have been no unexpected surprises. When the weather turned cold, the battery became sluggish and I replaced it. But it was the original battery that was 6 years old. This is just typical maintenance that you need to be prepared for when buying a used vehicle. This week the vehicle went in to Krown, and I am looking forward to enjoying it for many years.When shopping for a used vehicle, it is important to look for the best 'value', and not just the lowest price. I am very pleased with my purchase from Premium Finance Auto. They were helpful, and not high pressure. And the option to pay a little extra to get much better tires is something I appreciate, and felt shows that they are committed to customer service.If in the market for another used vehicle, would I consider Premium again? For sure. Would I recommend to a family member or friend that they check out what Premium has available? Yes.

Shady place to buy a car. Bought a car here a couple of years ago and had nothing but issues with it. They try to charge top prices for cars with no service history and previous accidents. They don't disclose the accidents unless you do the digging yourself. If you have any issues afterwards they don't want to know you. Do yourself a favor and buy from a proper dealer. You'll thank yourself for it. getting rid of the piece of junk I bought here was the best day of my life.

We recently bought a SUV from premium finance auto sales, and we were quite impressed with the whole experience. Chris was our sales consultant and we found him to be very professional, accommodating and helpful. Chris showed a keen interest in what we were looking for and quickly presented a couple of strong options from their inventory. All our questions and concerns were answered openly and transparently. Overall it was an extremely comfortable experience without the usual sales pressure one has come to expect from these situations.
