Ne respect pas leur date de livraison, l' installateur est revenu 2 fois prendre les mesures d'un petit comptoir de cuisine de 4 x 2, vous savez quoi, il l'ont coupé 1 pouce trop large. Lors de l'installation il ont coupé le mur pour encastrer le pouce de trop et ont coupé un tuyau d'eau. J'ai communiqué avec eu pour prendre en charge le dégât d'eau et il n'ont pas voulu prendre la responsabilité.

Walked in looking for sills to install in shower. They had nice selection and very clean facility. They brought me in back to see the stone. Huge warehouse and very well organized. I dealt with Tony and he was fantastic!!! My sills were ready in 10 days as promised. My contractor installed - 0 issues.

My wife and I purchased a Ceaserstone quartz countertop for our kitchen renovation from Eurostone. We were able to visit the facility in Saint-Leonard and it was very impressive. It was clean and all the equipment was state of the art. They were able to measure our kitchen, fabricate and install the countertop in a very short time period, even during a very busy season. The final result exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Eurostone if you are doing any countertop, tile or floor work in your home or business.

Service sucks big time. The only good thing about this place is the receptionist. The salesman was annoyed because we asked him questions. Didn't even introduce himself. Never set foot in that place again!

AVOID at all cost!! We did a residential project thru them. Took 7 visits and 2 mths delay and they still havent finished the job. They made tons of measurement mistakes and also scratched walls and cabinets in the process. They stopped answering our repeated requests to have someone come finish the job. Go to another supplier for Caesarstone quartz or anything else. Horrible service!

The worst service I have ever seen. It is impossible to speak to someone. They never pick up the phone or return phone calls. The few people I was able to talk to were really rude. Furthermore, the job was botched.
