Not only do they provide excellent care for the patient but also for the family!! I was blown away by the level of care for everyone involved in this difficult process!! My mom was here less than a week and yet all the staff knew all of us and were available to all of us at any time!! Way beyond what I expected!!!! Thank you!!!

My grandmother was recently in Emmanuel House Hospice as she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I cannot even put into words how amazing the staff at the house were. They went above and beyond in everything they did. If my Nanny was having a hard time dealing with the fact that she was going to die they would come in and sit with her and hug her and just listen to her speak about her fears. Everyone here was equally as amazing from the director to the cleaners and everyone in between.. I will be forever grateful for all of you.

Amazing staff, so genuinely caring and loving, and they all have beautiful golden hearts. Unfortunately good shepherd doesn’t take as much time picking their senior staff and management/DOC is very underwhelming. They’re rude, pushy, and unfortunately the reason a lot of staff walked out the door. I hope they can redeem themselves.

My mom was at Emmanuel House for a month, I clearly remember after her first night there she said to me the nurses and everyone here are angels." The compassion and care that was given to my Mom was excellent
