Their staff offer quality advice and I've been very pleased with every purchase I've ever made from this store. They take the time to make sure you're getting the right item. Plus, Steve is a great owner and supplies the baseball leagues with giveaways for events and tournaments. 5 Star place for sure!

I came in looking for used skates but was politely told they have a great selection of low priced skates for sale, I was then surprised to find they professionally heat fit the skates to my feet and pre-sharpen all included! I came in knowing nothing and walked out feeling like I wasn't criticized for my lack of knowledge and extremely happy with the product I had purchased and with the service I was treated to, confident I had made a great purchase. $200 all in.

Andrew has been my main contact for all of my hockey needs for the past 5 years and has taken care of every need. All of the staff I have encountered while waiting for skates to be repaired, checking out the newest stock items, and cruising the shop for deals have been very knowledgeable and upbeat. I will continue to come to this location from POCO and I'm sure will continue to be very happy I'm sure.

Best price and best customer service I have had from a retailer. My hockey bag was destroyed. I bought a new one on the website at $20 less than any other store. One of the owners dropped it off at my house in Kitsilano the next day.

After observing Covid 19 rules and waiting patiently outside for over ten minutes while two of my associates I had just recommended to the store were done shopping, a staff member, who I assume was the owner but I had never dealt with before, rudely ignored me and waived me aside to help another customer who had just arrived, and was obviously known by this staff member. Unbelievable. After being a customer for years and recommending new clients to the store, and trying to support local businesses, I was obvviously very frustrated to say the least. I was born and raised in North Vancouver, played Hockey at Cap Winter Club back in the day, and know a ton of people here. I will NEVER recommend this store to ANYONE, EVER again after this experience today.

I am from Saskatchewan and recently placed an order for Rollerblades. I had a few questions about the product before ordering which were happily and confidently answered. My order was shipped out within an hour of placing it and I received my Rollerblades within a few days.An amazing experience and I cannot recommend them enough. Experiences like this make me so happy to support local/Canadian businesses!

The owner was so awesome and helpful! The store is very organized as well. We had to go to their sister store to get the blades I needed cause my feet are so small for an adult woman, but we really appreciated the customer service, support, and overall attitude we experienced in this store! They have a huge selection of equipment and excellent customer service! They took the time to measure my feet to ensure I'd get proper fitting boot and there were lots of options available. I usually have a hard time finding boots that fit my feet correctly, but the man who helped me today did an amazing job at helping me find the perfect pair!
