We haven't live in Waterloo for almost 3 years now, and we still talk about how amazing Dr. Jill was with our American Bulldog Rufus. Rufus has constant vet needs due to allergies and is reactive, she was always just what he needed and was kind and patient with him.It has been 3 years and many vets later and we still talk about missing Dr. Jill. Can't recommend her services more!

I have been going here for many years and have had nothing but wonderful care and compassion from the vets and all the amazing staff. Today I was there early in the morning and was disgusted to witness a rude, entitled client abusing and berating the staff; three hours later when I went back, she was still there. Unless you work in a medical setting, you have no idea how obnoxious people can be, and how exhausting it can be to keep up a professional attitude and smile in the face of gross disrespect. I want to highlight that every single member of this staff, the doctors, the techs, the reception, all give 200% Every Single Day and the job they do is emotionally draining at the best of times, dealing with many difficult and sad things as they do. They are always professional and I'm so grateful they are there whenever Nellie or Bert need them. Thank you to everyone at Beechmount Animal Hospital!

I've been with Beechmount ever since I moved to KW around 15 years ago.They are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate people. They have helped us through so many issues with our animals, from an enlarged heart and the passing of our first cat, to routine check ups for the cats and dog, to helping us diagnose and make final decisions regarding our elderly animals.They are always compassionate about people's life circumstances and situations as well, trying to find the best solution combining what is best for the animal and what is feasibly possible for the people.Do your best and they will too.Thanks to the crew to Beechmount Animal Hospital. I am so happy I found this clinic. The team is SO friendly that my dogs actually get excited to go to the vet. I've always found things to be organized, running smoothly, and on time.When my Boston gave us a bit of a scare with some blood results, they were very accommodating to keep us there for extra tests. They were also in contact again first thing the next morning. Very grateful to have Dr. Harrison as our vet and to the entire team for treating us so well!

It was our first ever time at Beechmount this morning, we bought our new dog (Mac) for his first check-up. All staff were amazing with both us and our dog. Everything was explained and communicated with us. The clinic itself was clean and well presented. We were so happy with the service we recieved today and our dog left completely un-stressed. Our pet gets very anxious when we are away, despite our daughter coming to stay with him. Beechmount provided us with meds to keep him relaxed during our winter in MX. We received top service from the vet and all of the staff. I highly recommend Beechmount Animal Hospital.

Great place to take your pet. We have been taking our Dog here for 15 years and they have always treat her like she is there own. We now have a 9 month old pup as well as our old girl and we couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else. If you live in the area and are looking for a new vet I would highly recommend Beechmount.

Great team, very empathetic. I miss Dr Boa. My senior dog is in great hands!
