When I walked in, the staff were so welcoming. A HUGE selection of pods and the staff knew exactly what they were talking about. 10/10 will be my new vape store from this point forward

Amazing shop! Super clean, awesome staff and unreal selection, they have every disposable you could think of and tons of pods and a unique selection of juice you won’t find at just any vape shop!

went into the store with my girlfriend when it was freezing cold outside. Despite the fact that i wasn’t in the store to buy anything for myself (just accompanying my girlfriend) I was kicked out of the store for not showing my ID. Here’s the kicker, i buy from him all the time (once a week) and he has seen my ID multiple times. All of the employees are extremely nice, except for the guy with the Ginger beard and longer hair. He treats me poorly every time i’m in the store. Will be going to Quality Vapes from now on,

don’t even bother going to this vape shop, all coils are knock offs. gave me nicotine free juice when i asked for 6 and wrong coils. went back and they sold me the wrong coils again and didn’t even have the 6 nic juice so i’m assuming they just gave it to me knowing it was nicotine free and hoped i didn’t check (which i didn’t), the employees seemed bothered to be having to deal with an issue. maybe more customer service training is necessary. neither i or my girlfriend or any of our friends will be going/returning to this establishment. waste of time, gas and money. but we did get a lot of attitude from the employees tho! that was a plus!

Good in a pinch but quite expensive. Even with the tax increases you guys are just so expensive compared to other shops in the city.

Best selection in Southern Ontario. Owner is a gem of a guy as well and very personable

Went in to get a disposable today and was very pleased with how clean the store was! The staff were amazing and so helpful! I definitely recommend coming here for your everyday vape needs!
