Trace Electric and Trace Fire Protection

Wonderful team, wonderful service. We have not been able to cook without our smoke alarms going off since we moved into our home. One call to Trace and the team was there the next day. Within an hour, the issue was resolved. Thank you, Trace!

There is a reason Trace has been around for 25 years, and maintaining integrity is one of them. Trace started with family values and continues to do so. Just call the office and see how professional and courteous they are on the phone. For service, or electrical projects, Trace is always my first call.

I live in a building that uses Trace fire and it might be the worst thing to happen to this building and I endured a whole balcony redo before. The alarms have gone off for no reason multiple times and can't be turned off without the firefighters being here wasting the time of emergency services. And they need servicing so often which involves blasting music through the system or setting the alarms off all day starting early in the morning (which is awful for someone that works nights). Seriously hate this.

We've been working with Trace for almost 10 years now. They are a pleasure to do business with. They manage to run a big professional team while maintaining that atmosphere of a family business, not something you see every day! Highly recommended if you're looking for services or projects, as well as if you're looking for a job in this space!

They were responsive and got the job done for me to change the smoke detector in my condo unit. But a 5 minutes job was charged as 2 hours at $105 per hour as it was the minimum. The technician was on site doing annual inspection. It wasn't even a special trip for the job. This is ridiculous.

The technicians that show up to do the electrical work do not know how to respectfully talk to the residents, they shouldn't be so rude and telling the residents things that do not relate to fire safety like what they can and cannot do. extremely unprofessional!

Trace Fire & Electric is hands down the BEST company to work for.Management is unbelievably accommodating to all employees and customers. As a current employee for Trace Fire I had to take a moment and appreciate this amazing group.-I never had an issue booking time off(within reasonable notice)- Help for any scenario is at the touch of your finger tips-Scheduling goes out of their way to schedule technicians in relation to their current residence- Pay and benefits will keep a bright smile on your face.- Young owners maintain a neutral and comfortable work environment. They continue to make the employees feel good about coming to work, they offer great knowledge, training, and a positive atmosphere.Would recommend sending your son/Daughter to Trace if currently enrolled in a Fire & Life safety program. Trace has been working closely with Timbercreek for a long time now and all I can say is whenever we have an issue they are the first on site and they always find solutions to help keep our building safe.I would highly recommend any property management company that is looking for highly skilled and professional fire protections trades to call Trace.For years they have never let us down and they won't let you down either.

Trace Fire Protection has been servicing many of my communities for years and I have always received amazing service. Between their office staff and technicians, customer service and attentiveness has always been over and beyond my expectations. Trace has always kept me up to date with Fire Code changes as there has been numerous updates and changes over the last few years and they make sure their clients maintain a safe living environment. I also wanted to highlight that they are far more superior than their major competitors especially when it comes to the new Part 7 testing. Their competitors are gouging customer for the engineering reports and testing which is required but Trace is doing it at a fraction of the cost and this has always been the case when it comes to service and repairs.
