I ordered a keyboard and everything is good. It took about a week and a half to be delivered. I was expecting it to come from QC but it was shipped from AB. I'd definitely consider buying from them in the future if needed.

Would not take my payment. They say they require an verified address for payments. I'm not sure how they verify the address because I tried buying a server cabinet from them via credit card (which has my address on it) and paypal (which has my verified bank account and verified credit card on it). I sent multiple emails to them showing them screenshots of my registered credit card address and verified paypal info.I've never had problems buying stuff online with my card, only these guys. They were also accusatory in emails, saying that I had tried three different cards when I didn't (I only own one card, so they must have been reading their system wrong).Ended up buying the server rack from CDW (used the same card and address by the way). Took me all of 5 minutes.

Good service, responsive and knowledgeable.Stéphane was very helpful during the pre-sales phase of purchase, he arranged for print samples to be shipped to me, he also answered lots of questions.I arranged collection of a Canon TA-20, the machine was available when I arrived to collect it.Overall the whole team, sales, technical and payment processing were all super helpful during the purchase.I will be buying more equipment from this company.
