Staff are always friendly and prompt. We drop off packages on a regular basis and, when they had limited hours for the pandemic, the staff working as cashier's at Shoppers were good enough to take my already-labelled packages and put them behind the postal counter to take care of. Super helpful since I can only stop by first thing in the morning or late in the evening. Will continue to make them my first choice for postal needs!Postal counter is inside Shopper's Drug Mart, at the far back corner of the store.

if you want to change your mailing address, don’t do it here. friend went in weeks ago to change her address, paid, got a confirmation voicemail and saved it as proof, went back today and they say they no longer change addresses and changed it back to her old address

Very unhappy with the service. Been on hold for 40 minutes so far called twice today and been on hold the whole time.
