Mississauga Halton LHIN gives all the families great services and great supports, our case manager Kristi Fri was a wonderful lady , she helped our family in every way she could , now we have to move out of Halton Region, just wanted to say thank you sooo much for all your help and support ❤️

Worst experience, I’m new to this homecare service process . my first time ever. I had some questions but each time response was rude and with yelling voice like “I’m pile of rubbish”. kind of consider yourself glad you are getting health care.

Hello, we would like to leave some feedback regarding the services we received from you for our mom who came from the hospital on April 21. we received services daily and we noticed that PSW‘s rush their work and then the rest of the time they spent on their phone.In this period we seen 38 different PSWs whom we needed to orientate ourselves. We are very disappointed we couldn’t reach anyone by phone. we tried to call a community care coordinator and the manager. There are no answers, any ideas how these people can be accessed? thank you. how can it be corrected?

Terrible service. Waited a week for 2 persons who supposed to call after assessment from hospital and over the phone but nobody called. Probably they thought if lady is very old (she is 97 in relatively good shape) so she can be put at the end of the list. Poor lady is waiting for some attention from professionals which will give her some energy. Called them back after a week and they wanted to transfer my call to somewhere to do assessment. I rejected (of course) and they said somebody will call back. I am guessing nobody will call back next week. Very bad service, maybe because it is free for us but they are paid by government spending our money. Very bad.

We had a great experience dealing with their entire team. Both nurses were super nice and helpful to my father. Elsa and Marie are fantastic.

Worst service ever. I have no idea why government pay a service like this, if they can do service? They care about policy, terms and regulations than being a human being with empathy. They need to hire people with heart. Not looking to make profit out from human life. Remember if people are healthy, no one need this cruel inhuman peoples help. Health issues can happen to anyone. Including the people who are working in a horrible facility like this. Hope one day they going to get the same service they give to other human beings.
