Ate here June 29th at about 4:00 p.m. The waitress was very nice, but we never got refills on coffee or drinks and we never even got asked if we wanted refills or anything else to drink or eat. When hubby asked for coffee, the waitress said she had to make more then we saw the supervisor/manager, whichever she was, walk by us with coffee and totally ignore us. The food was horrible the chicken was burnt, the buns tasted like they were at least a week old and they were burnt. I have toasted week old buns that were nowhere near as rock hard as the ones we were served. And we got very very little chicken on our chicken club and next to nothing for sauce. The drinks that we had, which was unicorn lemonade, tasted like colored water, it was awful. On hindsight we should have sent everything back and left. We have had this exact same meal, the chicken club and the unicorn lemonade, at the downtown Edmonton BP and it was amazing. We will never go back to this BP, in fact it has turned us off BP completely.BP, your link doesn't work and when I copy paste it, it says to use the link

I was extremely dissatisfied with the poor service I received at the Boston Pizza branch especially since my previous experience was far better. The server had to request our order twice due to an incident where his initial notepad was accidentally discarded. Furthermore, all three appetizers I ordered arrived cold, and the nachos lacked an adequate amount of toppings, despite specifically requesting BBQ chicken. The server took an excessively long time to refill our drinks and even forgot about a coffee order placed by one of my family members. Adding to the disappointment, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. Consequently, I have decided not to visit this establishment again.

Today i took my kids there for lunch, our servers name was Patricia, she gave us the best service we have ever had at that Boston Pizza. She was very kind towards the kids and I, she made it a delight to sit in and have lunch. Thank you for the wonderful service Patricia:)

We stopped by BP's on a Tuesday evening for Pasta Tuesday. The restaurant was definitely busy, but the wait was fairly reasonable, they just needed to clean some tables to get people seated. Our waitress was friendly and courteous, however, we had to track her down for some refills and water.Our kids wanted their Oreo milkshake, which has a new and improved recipe. I'd hate to know what the old recipe tasted like as our kids would not drink these milkshakes aside from the first few sips. When I tried them, they both had this odd citrus flavour to them, and if left for a period of time, they separated into layers. We asked our waitress about this, and she informed us that they now use some of the slush mix that's used in the margaritas/Bellini's. She ended up not charging us for the drinks, thankfully.Our dinner orders were very fresh and tasty. The kids enjoyed their meals as well as the desserts afterwards.We'll definitely be back to BP's again, but we'll definitely skip their milkshakes from now on.

I always have the same dish, honey garlic baked wings, baked fettuccine Alfredo with cheese and a pint of Guinness. It's consistently good, and the staff is always friendly.

99% chance my wife and I got food poisoning, we spent the next 2 days after our date night praying to the porcelain gods to forgive our sins and begged there wasn't another toilet paper shortage. The waitress, although nice, decided that asking us about our meal was good enough and leaving our empty plates on the table was someone else's job to clear up. Our rock hard desert was served with melting ice cream and a fork. To this day I'm teaching myself how to eat melted ice cream with a fork in the unlikely event I come back to this place.

Their chicken parmesan was like crispy chicken from kfc with a spoon of pasta sauce on top. Only difference is kfc is tastier than their chicken parmesan. I should have ordered pizza.

Chain or not you gotta give props where they are due!! This is the 4th Boston Pizza I've visited and so far I've yet to disappointed in the food!!P.S. - if you haven't tried there pasta yet you are truly depriving your taste buds of a delectable treat!! I will admit I was kinda skeptical about it at first but the great deal they have on Tuesday for nearly 40% or more off is a steal! Needless to say I am now a believer in BP pasta just as I am there pizzas!!

Had to call in our order because the online ordering system does not allow large Bandera bread. Lost the multi save discount which we did not realise until we picked up. Get home and they put the bolognese crushed up like this in the pizza box, got all over the pizza and made it soggy. So we paid $40 extra for soggy bandera bread.

First my parents came to visit from winnipeg, My son wanted to go to BP'S. We arrived and were seated, the specials were then listed off to us. My son ordered a cheese pizza with easy sauce, when it came to the table it had a lot of sauce do much my son didn't want to eat it, they did make another which should have been made right the first time (waste of food). I go to order one of the specials only to be told i cant order that because it is not actually a special( would have been nice to know before spending 20 min looking at the menu) i was frustrated and just ordered the broccoli soup. The soup comes to the table with a dirty spoon which had food on it, after getting a clean one i ate the soup only to find it full of stems. My wife enjoyed hers as did my step dad. My mom did not finish the ribs because they were cold. The server tried her best but it seems they really need help on the back end. Before spending a $100 to eat there PLEASE RE-THINK YOUR DECISION.
