Worst service I ever had.Showing their attitude to the customers!!!! If the customer comes in late. Should understand the situation keeping in mind the weather.Never going to come back.

I've been an extremely happy customer of Freedom Hair Design for years now and only go there for my cuts and styles because I know with confidence that I'll always leave looking and feeling amazing.Hannah is my incredible hairstylist, her heart goes into every cut she does and she's a true artist. I know I can trust her to understand my vision and offer her expertise and creativity to perfect it into a perfect look. Hannah invests the time and genuine interest in her clients to make sure they feel truly beautiful! She's truly the greatest stylist I've ever had and will continue to go to her for her talent, skill and kindness for years to come.Thank you so much to Hannah for helping me, over the years to lay a perfect foundation for my style over the year and being a hairdresser who I can truly put all my confidence and trust in. Your artistry is invaluable to me and so many!

I had high hopes walking into the salon, it looked great and their rating was good, I even said to my daughter that I think we will have a great experience here, BUT when we got to the counter the two girls just stared at us like we had interrupted them, i said who we were and the one of the girls just said “ ok, this way” didn’t introduce herself, no welcome, just felt at all times that we had interrupted them. We came for a consult and she offered no additional info, I had to ask all the questions, i felt on the spot and didn’t really know what to say so I just started spouting questions. Each questions was greeting with an annoyed eye roll or seemed irritated by the question. Quick answers, no additional info. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time.I’ll chop it up to maybe she was having a bad day, we’re all allowed those, but I wont be back.I feel bad leaving this review, I only ever like to leave good ones but I think someone there should know what potential new customers are experiencing.

Alexander was absolutely amazing. He took the time to speak with me to fully understand what I wanted to do with my hair, he gave me options and personal opinions - it was all much appreciated. One thing that I especially liked is that he let me know prices before he started. If anything was going to cost more, he let me know up front. Alexander cut, treated and coloured my hair. I was extremely happy with the finished product. Alexander is an extremely knowledgeable stylist, you can definitely put your trust in him. Thanks again, looking forward to our next visit!

The worst haircut experience I have never had! They cut my hair unevenly and the service was super awful! I don t feel welcome in the reception area, the stylist does not even give you a consultation. I would rather throwing the money to the street instead of going there do my haircut!

I would give them 0 if thats an option… i got my hair smoothing done. My hairs turns down to my orginal hairs after just one wash but they claim results to last between 3-5 months. I spend almost $388 for that and it just went to waste. I went to talk to Aly and showed her my hairs but didn’t speack much or offered any solution. I am really dispointed, will never ever visit them again…

Beautiful shop with pleasant, talented and experienced hair professionals. Aly did a fantastic job on my daughter's red hair tips.... she LOVES it!

First time at Freedom today and Alexander was phenomenal - booked my next appointment, which I never do! He was so knowledgeable and took the time to discuss what I wanted and how he was going to do it. I got exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend Alexander and I'm sure the other Stylists are just as amazing :)

Received a gift card for Freedom Hair Christmas 2022. Near present ever! From the moment I walked in, and was greeted by Michelin I felt welcomed and in a safe space. Luckily, I got the services of Kara who had just started working there. I was told she knew a lot about cutting curly hair.Understatement!! Kara is the best curly hair, hairdresser I have had in the past 3 decades on both Coast’s of Canada.It’s been about that long since I had a salon and a hairdresser to keep going back to.Fabulous service, atmosphere, staff and professionalism and genuine friendliness.I would recommend Freedom Hair and Kara to everyone I know who has curly hair and wants a fantabulous curly hair cut that looks great even when it starts growling out.One of the things I love the most about my hair cuts, is they are so well done - it’s easy to make my hair look great every day in a couple of minutes.
