Excellent Travel Agent Support! Recently we found a European-Med cruise we where interested in on TripCentral and noticed that Manuela R had travelled with this cruise line, so I called her extension. From the start of my interaction with her, she provided excellent customer services and really filled in all the gaps in the holiday we were considering. As the cruise did not come with transfers and we were flying in the day before, she confirmed transfers each way, found us a great looking hotel to stay in, dealt with all the cruise ship - add-ins and provided us with essentially an all-inclusive" price and packaged that should be worry free."

We've been having great customer services from Heather Felice from Trip Central Reservations. We've made a couple of reservations with Heather Felice lately and she's been a super travel agent for us. Everything is done pronto and if there's any changes we get advised right away!!! We are very pleased with her services!

Since we haven’t travelled for a while we decided to use an Agency.We contracted Victoria Guest at Trip Central who was recommended by a friend. Victoria helped with our booking, and provided us with all the information we will need to have a fun and successful vacation. Much appreciated Victoria!

Heather was great to work with. She called me when she realized I had try to book with them and it was a incomplete reservation. She offered to try and book for me instead, she was unsuccessful but offered to call the hotel to see if she could get us booked. She called me back at 8:00pm at night after she heard back from hotel that room was still available at cheaper price. She tried to book the trip for us again but this time with success. She requested a king bed for us when that was not the deal. she also added on the file about my husbands birthday. Great experience.

Manuela was not only fantastic to work with but just an all round genuine awesome person. She was personable and friendly. It felt like I was talking with a friend. She was able to give details about the resort we were traveling to because she had first hand knowledge of it from being there. I know the travel season is at its peak right now and the agents are extremely busy but she never made me feel rushed. She took the time to ensure all was completed properly and efficiently. I would completely recommend you book with this agent as you will get 100% guaranteed amazing service.

It’s been many years since we’ve booked an all inclusive trip, so decided to reach out to an agent. Candice Anger was absolutely the best to work with! She answered all our questions, changed our dates (multiple times before we booked) and always had quick responses when we reached out. Even after our booking, she was always quick to answer any further questions we had. We can’t wait for our trip and can’t thank Candice enough for helping us pick the best resort for us :)

Trip Central and Jenn Black are the best. Well researching for a trip I found the trip central the best. You can see all the different operators options and can pick the best one for you. The filters are perfect for this. Seeing as there are 8 in our group I didn't want to risk getting enough rooms so decided to call and talk to an agent. I called Jenn and she was fantastic. She's very friendly and informative. I sent her all our info and we set up a time to go over everything. She got our booking done and called me back to let me know. Robyn helped me with booking a European tour. I don’t do reviews. However she was phenomenal. I tried booking with a couple travel agents and couldn’t get anywhere. She didn’t know the answers sometimes but within the day she had them for me. She was super patient and kind and efficient. I can’t thank her enough!
