Nous avons fait affaire avec eux pour l’achat de notre poêle à bois il y a deux ans. Nous avions donné un dépôt et il devait venir dans les jours qui suivent pour faire l’installation. À la date convenu, personne n’est venu pour l’installation. Dans les semaines qui ont suivi nous étions incapables de joindre qui que ce soit. Nous sommes finalement retournés en boutique pour que notre dépôt de 1500$ soit remboursé puisqu’ils ne sont jamais venu faire l’installation et ils ont refusé catégoriquement de nous rembourser. Personnel très moqueur et arrogant. Je ne recommande pas du tout!

Terrible after-sale service.Needed information to replace a piece on a 1yr old purchase, after many many phone calls we never got news back from them.

The gentleman that works there is arrogant and makes you feel like you’re not worthy of his time. Terrible service. I was going to purchase my Napoleon fireplace from there but I’ve decided I’ll give the business to someone else that actually respects their clients.

We went there to get an insert for our fireplace. We made an appointment for them to come to our place so we could choose the right type. They did not show up nor did they call. I called, they apologized & said they would be there in an hour but again did not show up or call. Imagine what the after service would be. The next day still no call back so we went with another company with much better results, better service & better choice & price.

Bought a gas insert a few years ago and can't get it serviced because they don't distribute that brand anymore.

Bought a stove here 3 years ago. After sales service is absolutely terrible. My electric starter is broken and I ordered one 2 months ago. Always an excuse when I go back for not having it. Don’t know how they stay in business.

It's a small place which only sells a couple of brands, however, the gentlemen really know there stuff and work very hard to ensure you get what you want and what you can have based on your homes setup.

A total of 5 service calls were placed over a period of 5 weeks and we still have not heard from the service guy. We then decided to pay them a visit this afternoon to let them know how dissatisfied we are with their lack of responsiveness, only to be told that they have a backlog of 3 weeks of jobs to take care of. I then mentioned that a 1-minute phone call to let the customer know the situation would have improved things. Now let’s see if this totally-disorganized company can behave like a real business in operation.Please avoid dealing with this bunch of clowns. I have not seen a business operating like this in my entire life, and I am 65 years old.If It was possibke, I would have given them zero star.
