The pizza's come out good but... I live across the street and I see one of the women workers bring in a child often... I kinda feel like that's against some safety code.

I actually never leave reviews, but I have had a few minor issues with this store. Today the delivery man came to my apartment looking annoyed and asked me if I wanted to add a tip before handing me the debit machine, I told him no, as I was planning on giving him a cash tip. He then shook his head and gave me so much attitude and was being quite rude. (Mind you i live less than 5 min walk from the store). I paid with my debit card and gave him the cash tip. As I walked out of my unit, a few minutes later, I noticed he had thrown some papers and the receipt in my hallway. My order was $50+. I'm giving you a business, so I don't understand what the attitude is about.

Honestly the worst customer service. They messed up my order and they were rude about it. I called the store multiple times, and they never answered. 5 phones in the store, and not one can be answered. I went into the store and called while I was standing in the store and they still didn’t answer the phone. Just terrible. They should be wearing hair nets. Not the cleanest.

My go to pizza spot nearby. They have a new spicy stuffed crust which really agrees with me. Paired with a good drink like a slush/slurpee it’s perfect. They have never got my order wrong and the staff is friendly. Quick and efficient takeout time.

We usually order pizza from this location and the quality is usually decent. This time when I called ahead to order for pick up I let them know I'd be using a 2 for 1 coupon from a past purchase. Can't help but suspect that this is why they put less effort into making the pizzas...

Just like any business in its infancy stage they were a bit slow with service and answering calls. That said, I have seen a remarkable turn-around in service and speed. Although I've been guilty to leave bad reviews, but those are only after I've given the same establishment several chances to improve. Despite any mishaps only at the beginning, the pizza has been incredibly hot and delicious for over the dozen times i've ordered.Good job.

*REVIEW UPDATE*There is a staff member there (Dec 4, 2022 Noon) who always makes the effort to charge me more than the other staff.I can usually get the pizza of the day as just cheese. It essentially cost them less money. Most Pizza Hut branches offer that. This branch does too, but not with this specific staff member.She is the biggest disappointment to this branch and reflects badly on the great staff that are actually there. Rude at times as well.I used to consider this as one of the best branches, unfortunately, that has not been the case lately.-----------------------------------------------Great pickup location.Staff are extremely nice but sometimes are under a lot of pressure with many orders; they take care of it quickly.If they get your order wrong, they fix it!Really consistent location.
