Loved having a female plumber come to telling my laundry room today. Dawn was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all punctual. She worked with me to determine best layout of my appliances and then got the job done fast!

Your driver in van #124 in Victoria should not have a drivers license. As a person who has been driving my whole career, I have never experienced and incident like I did today at approx 4:40pm at the McKenzie interchange on the trans Canada highway. I have been cut off many many times, as most have, but when this driver decided that he was going to push his cargo van in front of me whether I moved out of the way or not I could not believe it. He was literally within a foot of my front fender and just kept coming while staring at the front fender of my car. When I realized that if I did not let him push his way into my lane, that he was more than willing to bump me out of the way. He was leaning out of the open drivers side window trying to see how much distance was between his van and my car, while switching back and forth from making eye contact with me and the little space between the vehicles while driving. I blew my horn several times as I could not believe the contempt and aggressiveness of this behavior. At this time, as he forced me to brake and swerve, he looked out the side of the drivers side window giving me the finger and screaming, saying who knows what. This man is a hazard to your company. I personally have 30 cargo vans on the road with my company and if I ever saw or heard of anything even close to this, the person would be fired immediately. If you could have seen this, I am certain you would feel the same way.I am sure this is not a reflection on the company as a whole and I do not favor using this forum but I could not find another way to reach out and let you know my experience.If any of my employees behaved like this in any manner, I would only hope that someone would take the time to try and let me know.

Great experience. Within a few hours of calling, they had a plumber at my door ready to install a new toilet. I had called several of their competitors first and they were rude and had no availability for weeks at the earliest. My experience with Milani was the complete opposite. They were great from start to finish and offered options to save me money. The actual installation was fast and professional. Very happy I used them! Will be my first call going forward when I need plumbing services.

We needed a new hot water tank after ours blew. We phoned Milani and they sent out Barry and his partner the same day. Under an hour and it’s installed. Couldn’t ask for a better response or timely installation.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about the job Alex did for me on an emergency call out. He was pleasant and super professional despite the dirty work I was asking him to do. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and cleaned up really well afterwards. He then explained the bill and made sure I was was happy with the job.I will call Milani Plumbing (used to be Knowles Plumbing and Gas) and ask for Alex any time I need a great plumber. On top of his hard work, he always had a smile and was super polite.

Brett arrived at our home for a plumbing repair. Brett was very professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. He walked my husband and I through the repair he was going to make. If we had any questions, he responded immediately which left us feeling very confident of his work. Upon completion of his work, he cleaned up the area leaving it as if he had never been there. I would highly recommend Brett for any Milani plumbing, heating and Air Condition needs.

Our hot water tank was old and leaking and needed to be replaced. I contacted Milani and they came quickly and replaced the tank. The plumber was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and was careful not to damage our floors with the new tank, which is appreciated. Great service all around.

Max, our tech was very professional, friendly and courteous.He was able to assess the issue quickly and have the situation under control and completed all within 3 hours from the time I placed my call to Milani Plumbing and Heating. He took the time to explain what the situation was and how he would rectify the issue. I was extremely happy with the service and would not hesitate to reach out to the company if I required a plumber in the future. We had Milani come to inspect our sewer pipe as a general proactive inspection. Rob H arrive very much on time, actually 5 mins early :) and was super professional. He had serviced our house before (as an emergency) and he remembered what was done. The service Rob H provided was efficient and complete including an explanation of what was done and what he saw. The work was completed in a timely manner and was very successful, clean and it was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Milani and their team especially if you can book Rob H for your plumbing needed. Thank-you Rob and Milani in taking care of our plumbing needs. 5 stars to you both :)Carol

I enlisted Milani to remove an old, original toilet and replace it with a new Kohler elongated, sleek toilet. Fernando was assigned the job and let me say, he was amazing. He did such a great job from vacuuming, to cleaning up any water that may have leaked a bit, to doing a really nice silicone job, etc. And he did it with a smile and a sense of humor. Plus he shared good advice and past experiences which were greatly appreciated. Not only was the old toilet taken away but so was all the packaging and cardboard from the new one. No mess was left behind. I would highly recommend Milani but especially recommend Fernando. He did a fantastic job! We even said that we would ask for him by name if we should ever need a job done again. Thanks Milani and Fernando!
