Alla really knows how to pamper her customers. She gives a whole new meaning to the term facial! It was so relaxing and refreshing! Everyone there is super friendly and professional especially Christiana at the front desk. I highly recommend this to anyone who feels like they need a little pampering :-)

Hands down the best massage ever!!! Joseph was beyond knowledgeable and took the time to understand and work on areas of concern. I went in with a lot of pain and discomfort with my neck and shoulders and came out not only relaxed but all the discomfort had disappeared.

I been coming to this location for a few months due to a neck/shoulder/arm injury I incurred back in Dec. 2022. Thanks to Eva, my arm and shoulders have healed, and today’s focus was on my neck - the tension is gone! Highly recommend Eva for massage therapy. She listens to your concerns and administers the right pressure to release the tension. The ladies at the front desk are always a pleasure to talk to, very welcoming! Kudos to this location for their excellent customer service and therapy!

Five stars all the way around. Sasko provided a wonderful massage. He listened to my concerns, was gentle and I left feeling so much better.Christina & Ruby were so helpful and provided excellent customer service. I’ve been many times to several locations and today was the first time I was told by anyone about the option to purchase a 3, 6 or 12 month package at a discounted price. They clearly explained all the options & answered all my questions. I was sold and I will definitely pick this location as my number one choice in future.Great job everyone. Keep up the great work!!

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to go. I am happy I did.Christiana at the front desk was wonderful. She answered all my questions and was really nice. Also, I listened to her on the phone helping customers and she was fantastic. I had a wonderful massage by Jim who worked on all my knots. I will definitely go back. (This is not a fake review)

got a facial today by Manuela and i was blown away! it was so calming and relaxing and she was such a pro! the staff at the front desk were also soo friendly. this facial left my skin soo soft and clear! i would definitely be coming back. 10/10 experience !!!!

I’ve been here a few times without issue. Some RMT’s are better than others, but staff are usually pleasant. However, I find when I book online I get calls from the staff asking to shuffle my appointment time around. This last time I booked my appointment almost 2 weeks in advance to make sure I got the person and time I wanted. Sure enough I received a call a day or two later asking me to come a bit earlier so the RMT could squeeze in another appointment. I apologized and told the staff I booked that specific time for a reason. Then a few days before my appointment I received another call this time telling me if I could not come earlier that the RMT I booked with could not provide my service. The only option was cutting my 50 min massage time or switching RMT’s. After making arrangements I was able to change my plans to accommodate H&S by coming in earlier. THEN the night before my appointment I got a call that the RMT I booked was sick and they were cancelling my appointment. The girl I spoke with was the same from previous calls and apologized because she knew that I had made special arrangements to come earlier. I asked them if I could see another female RMT, but they could only put me on a wait list. I have been having shoulder discomfort and really needed an RMT to work out the kinks. It’s just poor customer service, to be honest. It would have been nice to be compensated with a discount, or offer another service for a similar time. But to just be told your appointment is cancelled and you can go on a wait list doesn’t seem fair after changing my day around to accommodate H&S.**UPDATE: after posting my original review, I received a call from the manager the next day. She was profusely apologetic to the situation, and wanted to “make things right”. She offered me a discount and asked if I would reconsider. I told her I would think about it. I decided to try H&S again, so I emailed them. I didn’t receive a reply. One week later I called the manager, but she was not there. So I left a message for her, but didn’t receive a reply. I called again a few days after that and left another message with another employee. Again, no reply (I even made sure they had my number written down correctly). The person I spoke with said the manger had been busy getting ready to go on vacation. So, ya. Great customer service.

I had requested for hot stone massage while booking appointment and the appointment booked by them was just for a regular massage. The regular massage which includes just apply massaging cream and rub on the body for 7 to 10 times on the same place with no pressure, no proper stress relieving technique. It was total frustrating and they charged $101.00 while the regular price is $129 for this baseless massage.
