Toronto Pearson Limousine

I've used Toronto Airport Limo frequently over past 3 years, booking directly via email, and even though service was excellent, I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! They completely missed my confirmed booking last Thursday and when I called there was no apology - just they missed it. I had to scramble for a local taxi to the airport and had to rush through security and to the gate! When I resent the confirmation email to reconfirmed booked pickup - no response at all! We ended up taking a regular taxi home. Obviously Toronto Airport Limo don't care about loyal customers or have gotten too busy to provide consistent service. Whatever the excuse, I'm booking with other service going forward.

The service provided was excellent. The vehicle arrived on time and was a smooth journey. The vehicle was clean and very luxurious. Highly recommended.

These guys did not show up to pick me up this morning and no one answered their phone when i called. I had to drive myself to the airport at a last minute.Buyers be aware!

Great service! We used them for our March break vacation from Alliston. The driver was very friendly and the SUV was very clean.

Booked a limo for yesterday at 5:45 AM and it never showed up. When I called today to advise they confirmed that I had a reservation but were not aware of the missed pick-up. Not a good sign for a business that should be more attentive to their clients. In order for me to make my flight, I had to drive myself to the airport from Hamilton and almost missed my flight!!!. Avoid this business as they are not reliable!!
