Lovely and professional owners at this location. When i got my car back it had been cleaned and spruced up for me which I was not expecting at all! Thank you Mary and Keith for a great experience at Car Star!

Great and speedy service. Got my car back within a week after needing repairs to front end and roof. The receptionist and Keith were both lovely to deal with. I got in my car and there was 2 VW tee-shirts also, and my car was cleaner than it was when I brought it in - with a toddler and a lab I know that back seat was probably a job itself. (Hopefully not needed) but if I had to get body repairs again I will definitely be back! Great job Tilbury Car Star

Not happy at all with the work that was done on my vehicle and the attitude of Keith. Got it back the first time and it wasn’t right brought it back again and it came back worse than the first time. I will not recommend this place to anybody. Very unprofessional

Tilbury Carstar does exceedingly and abundantly above all you could ask to be done. When they say they make accidents unhappen, they not only do that they make your car look better than the day you bought it, inside and out. I am so pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend Keith and Mary and Carstar for any work to be done on your car. Exceptional!

Too much to add here. Basically, damaged my vehicle, didn't take things off before painting that should've been resulting in a safety issue since i couldn't see out of my windshield. ALL of the work done by him including rust repair and painting of new parts have all started flaking or rusting once again in the same spot. His attitude was absolutely disgusting, He basically said to go **** myself. Its so bad even the VW dealership doesn't deal with him anymore. Over 2000$ spent, all needed to be redone in only a few months and he said it wasn't his fault and wouldn't do anything. Carstar corporate said they cant do anything since he's an independent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will regret any work done by him. He has a poor, pretentious attitude and doesn't care what you say and thinks he's right and the customer is wrong. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

Very nice people with great attention to detail. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend their services.

People were great they made everything as easy as possible for me...

Workmanship is second to none. Keith is the most detailed oriented person in the business. Been bringing all my vehicles to him over the years and never once disappointed. Highly Recommended
