Extremely poor customer service... today (Jan 3/23) I tried to return a fleece throw (purchased as a Christmas gift), that had 4 holes in it when plastic ties were removed. I certainly expected better, given the item's $30 price tag.First thing their staff member did was accuse me of damaging it by ripping the plastic ties. Real nice. I very carefully and deliberately cut the ties; the damage was not a result of my opening them. It was more likely the result of a poor quality item.When I expressed my fear that if I exchanged the item, the same thing would happen, and I'd have to make another trip back (again, at my expense), the staff member insisted that no one else had ever had the same problem. Yet he would not agree to open one in store to prove me wrong. He then informed me they would not refund the item because part of the price tag had been removed... Really?!? Who gives Christmas gifts with price tags on them?!?I asked to speak to a manager and was told they weren't available until Thursday (2 days from now), which I found hard to believe. I had to insist, several times, before I was given a phone number to call. The number went straight to an unidentified voicemail box... perfect.If I ever hear back from the manager, and if I ever get this issue resolved (seems at this point both are BIG ifs), I may amend my review.Until then, I will steer clear of this business and suggest you do too.

Found this store today! It was really cool had all sorts of sports attire and decorative stuff. It had banners, pennets, stickers, key chains, and other signs. It had many different teams. It had a lot of Miami Dolphins stiff which is amazing that stuff is very hard to find around here so I am glad there is a store now that has my teams stuff. Any big sports fans should check this store out.
