Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The girl at the front counter couldn't care less about customers. I ended up leaving everything at the counter and walked out. Would have been a 7 to 8 hundred dollars purchase. We have been long time customers and are in retail ourselves.

The receptionist thinks she is doing a favor by answering questions. Very rude and unprofessional. I came here by looking online and they had the products which i needed but next time i will be going to another place.

This is a great place to pick up supplies for better displaying retail products. They have mannequins, shelving, storage cupboards, hooks, and tons more. The staff is rather helpful too. They answered all of my questions.

The customer service at Acme is great! I was able to get exactly what I needed for my store. They have a wide selection of both new and used store fixtures available. After doing some research, I found that they are one of the only companies who deal with used shelving in the quantity and quality that they do. Massimo made my first experience memorable and the transaction was seamless. I will definitely be visiting again.

I absolutely love this company. My brother and I have used this company over the years several times and they never fail to bend over backwards. Today I was stuck in traffic and arrived pretty much at closing time and they still waited. And here's the total sum of the grand order that I was placing with them. $10. But they did not shut the doors and make my trip in vain. What a bunch of great people

Bought shelves from them for $500. Delivered absolutely garbage to our warehouse.S were very old, rusted and bent to hell. Beware. I made a mistake by not going in to take a look before buying did all over the phone and they even charged us delivery. Never again
