I am really really disappointed I used the curbe side pick up yesterday for a Birkenstocks order on my way to work it is a mother's day gifted when I got to work I opened the box the sandals obviously have been bought and returned they were filthy dirty and full of cat or dog hair I can't believe they did not bother opening the box to check the condition (sanitize or at least wipe it clean) of an item that has been returned before delivering it to an other customer specially in this pandemic. Here I am now stock with no mother's day gift cuz they were already closed by the time I found out so frustrating ps I could not add a pic to the post

I ordered a pair of shoes online and received them in terrible condition.I went to return them this evening and the sales associate was wonderful! Apologized over and over, and was so sincere!She refunded my money and told me she would reach out to her manager about the condition the shoes were sent in.I received a follow up email not even an hour after making the return to apologize once again for my inconvenience.Thank you guys!! Great customer service!

Got a friendly hello from behind the counter when I entered the store. I immediately saw a shoe I liked, slipped it on and within a few seconds was approached by the young woman and asked if she could help me find anything. She took the shoe and was back with my size in less than a minute. She even showed me the other colour option on the screen and tried to locate it in another store. Very helpful!
