I had taken my phone here for repairs due to my screen being cracked. Faisal immediately welcomed me with excellent customer service. He took the time to look at the phone and fixed my phone within a reasonable time. I was very happy with his service and most importantly my phone being fixed back to normal. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great Service!! :)

They ripped me off today. Installed screens on 2 phones that both started peeling, one in the store and the other as soon as we left the store. Overcharged me on these cheap items AND offered 50% less on an old phone that I brought in for credit when several weeks ago it would have been more. The justification was times have changed"

Excelllent customer service . Owner himself came n dropped the phone off at my door because Im unable to go pick up the phone due to my work schedule. And he came n dropped it off at my house. Very nice service is fast and reasonable price very satisfied recommend this store to anyone around the area or even outside the area. Friendly staff as well

They fixed my screen which works great but now my phone gets weak mobile service and loses connection. They wouldn't fix my problem. I went to another repair shop in aurora and they opened my phone up and they found shotty workmanship-they attached my antenna backwards-used two different types of screws to put the board back together (wrong size)-the 2nd store I went to was surprised how easy it was to take my screen off. They didn't seal it up properlyGo to aurora and avoid this dump

Busted my iPhone screen on the weekend and arrived to the store Monday asking for a price and how long. Answer: $140 and a quick hour. Was amazing and quick and Alberto was so nice. Heard great things about Faisal also though he wasn’t in at the time. Highly recommend.

Came to this place for a shattered iPhone 6 screen and the price was 90 dollars before tax. I forgot to get the name of the technician but he was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. It took around 1 hour but it was worth the wait. There's also a one week warranty so if I have any problems, they would be able to fix it for me free of charge. If you are concerned of having your parts being switched, you can request to watch the whole process. I would definitely come back if I run into any problems with my phone again. This store truly cares about their customers and would rather leave you happy than coming back for a complaint.

I was recommended this location because of the amazing customer service and I wasn't disappointed! I went in the other day expecting to need to replace my screen to the tune of $270 but instead he suggested just a screen protector would help my problem. So instead of repairing my phone for $270 he ordered me in a screen protector for $30 and had it the next day and installed in less than 5 minutes! I highly recommend this place for any of your needs. You can be confident knowing you are getting quality and value not to mention VERY friendly customer service! Thank you for all of your help!

Blown away that they were able to fix my phone. It was practically destroyed, literally bent and shattered. Not only does it look brand new but it was done in a few hours. Very happy customer!
