My snowmobile sat in their back yard for 8 months getting fixed, unprotected from the sun. Now that my sled is completely discoloured and baked, my cosmetic repairs have cost more that the original fix. Their response was “our apologies “. But at least they look after their “buddies” who need fixes in a short time. I didn’t know that a spark plug change and fuel filter would take that long to fix. Thumbs down

Will not return phone calls. Seem to avoid doing warranty work at all costs. Delayed service schedule. Don't seem motivated to order you accessories. Unprofessional environment
