Went back after 7 yrs.. Disgusting food ... Absolutely lousy service ... Nothing has changed

Food is ok. Way to cramped

4 of us went in on a Fri. Eve for dinner. Service sucked. We were there over a half hour.. Could not get refills on drinks, or appraisers prior to not getting our dinners. We left without dinner, or any more drinks. Oh yah...that was after being told no potatoes...or fries for dinner

I have been in Barrie for 10yrs now and each year this place looks like it is getting worse. The food is usually great , but I have noticed even that is starting to go down hill. Always out of everything , Your a seafood place why are you out of Seafood at times ??And you NEED TO FIX THAT PATIO/FLOORS !! and overall your whole decor .So outdated and disgusting to look at . We have noticed new Staff and they really are not all that knowledgeable or friendly to customers. In order to get people back you need to make customer service a priority.Try Ikea they sell great light fixtures/candles etc , Even that would help your place !Too bad to see this place go so down hill..

pretty pissed off that thursday wing day you cant take your payed for wings out. then they complain that wing prices have sored and its a very money loosing thing. well then why the hell do you have wing days for. never will i eat or go here again...

Restrooms need repair. Decor needs improvement and does not match quality of environment. Security has been extremely rude, however the rest of the staff is generally pleasant and attentive. The food is good (but inconsistent), martinis are acceptable, and regular live entertainment can be a plus. Prices are a bit high, but not completely unreasonable.
