Never had a problem with this business up until now. My van was overheating and it was either the rad or head gasket that would need replacing. John never looked into the price of doing the gasket at the time which ended up being $2000 which with that pricetag I just replace my vehicle. I got him to replace the rad instead which ended up costing me $600. After a breakdown on the 401 and numerous rides with Uber, he was never apologetic and didn't seem to care that this all could have been avoided if he wasn't negligent about the price of replacing the head gasket.
