Great dog groomer!! So kind and loving felt very comfortable leaving our dog (with high HIGH anxiety) in her hands. He smelled and looked great after his groom from her. Took him to get some of his crazy winter coat off and she helped tons!! Definitely recommend!

Sophie called me with a last minute cancellation so I brought my dog right over. This was my first grooming with Best Friend Canine Care and it will definitely not be my last. What a wonderful experience from the friendly greeting right at my car, to the amazing grooming she gave my little man, to the wonderful words she had to share about her time spent with him. Her demeanour is very calming and it reflected on my dog who is usually very anxious. Overall a successful first appointment and I am already booking for the next. Such a great experience, she was very accommodating and always checking in to make sure that I would leave happy! My little guy is a nervous nelly and she was lovely with him. Best Canine is very knowledgeable and I appreciated the recommendations that were made. Gizmo is a doodle, so that means tons of hair and he came back so handsome! Thank you again! He even had a big smile when I asked him to take a picture for mommy.

I highly recommend best friend canine care, my pup only goes in once a year to assist with shedding his winter coat (he’s a husky mix) and he always comes out looking fresh, smelling great, and happy! You can tell these sophie and her husband are true animal lovers and treat your pets with love and care!

My dog is an older girl (13 years), very shy, and usually hates going for haircuts, but Sophie’s methods made getting a trim a breeze. Sophie was incredibly accommodating, kind and gentle with my dog. By the end of the haircut, my dog looked fantastic and was stress-free (which is of utmost importance to me). Sophie is unreal. I’ve got a yellow lab who can be a big bundle of energy sometimes, especially with new situations. He has never been groomed, so I thought he might be a bit of a handful, but whatever Sophie did, my dog got comfortable right away. Now there’s no more hair in my house! My dog looks and smells great, and I know he loved the undivided attention for about an hour and a half. Good value too, and Sophie was quick to answer any questions. If you have ever considered getting your dog groomed but you’re apprehensive about it for whatever reason, give Sophie a try. I get the vibe she has dealt with all different types of dogs, and I’m quite sure you’ll be pleased with the result.

I took my puppy to Sophie he was so freaked out I had to bring him home she was so understanding we made a new appointment and brought him again he was scared he's a real momma s boy I had him on medication. Sophie was so kind and patient with him he let her groom him and she did a wonderful job. I am so happy I found her. I would highly recommend her. Thanks again Sophie.
