To who ever is working there and insult my wife will hear about me. Not impress service is worst than before. This place does not serv you as a customer.

If you are new to Ontario, they will tell you that you need to wait 3 months to get a health card and that my mom's birth certificate was too old. LIES! Go to the one downtown or in Embrum...they know what they are doing! Since Covid, you don't have to wait 3 months. The rules have changed and they have no clue what they are doing!! I had ordered a new birth certificate, when the old" was indeed accepted downtown. Total incompetency!"

Long lines, always expect a 45 minute wait, the gals are always exasperated because they are living for their next cigarette. Been here too many times and nothing ever changes. I thought privatizing was suppose to make service better? Not and never again, a two thumbs down for this establishment.

Great service but I’ve never waited in line for less than an hour... I don’t know if this is common to all service ontario locations but I feel somewhat annoyed with the fact that I have to wait 60+ minutes to hand over a bunch of cash for licenses, cards etc.

Came here to get my plates for my new car, big lady there was extremely rude. I don’t understand if you’re working a customer service job, why you have to be rude to people who just want to get their documents in order?Some lady cut in front of a guy that was behind me, before leaving I inform her about. Since myself and the other we both arrived an hour early before opening. The lady said “we’re not the police line up”, how about some great customer service and allow the guy in before that lady cut him off line.This Service Ontario is by far the worst one, no customer service, no professionalism and very rude staff. If I could zero stars I would.

I been today at Rockland license bureau is very racist, i try to get temporary for the dodge van she dont accept because is fraud. what is your expect for 2010 van off course need a lot of work, thats why is cheap dammn us.

I go out to the Rockland location because Ive had nothing but great service there. Also, until covid started, the wait times were rather short. I always see Susie when I go, and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ive recommended this location to several ppl.

Always great service. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but still much quicker than other locations. The staff take more than their share of abuse from customers on occasion. Wouldn't have the patience for it myself.Great folks.

The people there were amazing. The long wait due to only one person being available was not great. A 2 minute thing turned into a 30 minute excursion because they are under staffed. Will gladly return here since the waits at other offices are usually longer.
