Patrica was amazing and helped me beyond what she needed to. Not a tech person but she stayed after her time to leave to go the extra mile to get my phone up and working as I live 3.5 hours away and needed a working phone. Wish there was more people out there like this. I truly thank you for helping me when I needed it

I just wanted to share that Bell repaired a phone line at my mother's home, on Canada Day, within 2-1/2 hours of me contacting them on her behalf. This far exceeded what I would have expected in terms of customer service, particularly on a stat holiday.

Brayden was not only super helpful but had a very engaging and reassuring personality that helped resolve a troubling connectivity issue in a seamless manner. 5 Star all the way and by far the best experience through Bell I have ever had. I recently purchased a new phone! My old one was damaged and the screen was barely functional! The service I received was amazing. The lady was very patient and with the broken screen but took the time to transfer my files from the old to the new phone! I would definitely go back!

Arash was very helpful with all of my questions. She found the best plan for my needs. Even though she is In-Training, she was very knowledgeable, articulate and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone whether you know exactly what you want or (like myself) not sure of what is available. I came away from the experience very pleased. I'd also like to commend the Manager, Patricia. She was very helpful to Arash without undermining her at all. Altogether a pleasant and productive use of my time.

Patricia is probably the best customer service person I’ve had for as long as I can remember.I had problems getting my new phone set up so I went back to the store the following day to ask for help. The poor girl stood and listened to my life story the entire time it takes for a new iPhone to clone my old iPhone.I think I owe her an apology. And maybe a new car.Anyway, all kidding aside, this was a surprisingly positive experience.Thanks Patricia!
