Pizzas were ok, dining probably got hit hard by COVID and I think they no longer offer dine in. If that’s the case they should up their kitchen game and just do take out. Common guys you can do it.My kid wander around the dining hall ( she ran away) when she got her box, she wanted to be seated.. and the staff was trying to give us color pencils and paper.. I think manager say go, I felt that the staff probably had a tear drop. Thank you for those little moments of human connection.

Horrible Customer service from Zaid(who told me that he was the general manager) tonight. Ordered Medium boneless bites from them tonight which I normally order and can eat no problem. However tonight that was not the case, the wings were definitely not medium and when I called the store to explain the situation he was extremely rude and told me he checks all food before it leaves the restaurant. I then asked to speak to someone higher up then him but he proceeded to tell me he was the general manager and that there was Noone higher then him however he transferred me to the kitchen manager at which point I got flat out told I was lying about the sauce and he hung up on me.After being hung up on I decided to go to the restaurant with the wings that my family couldn't eat and again tried to explain the situation. When I asked him how he checks the food to ensure its the right sauce before it leaves the store he proceeded to tell me I open up all items lift them to my nose and smell the sauce... the smell of the sauce goes through my nose

My son came from out of town and decided to buy me dinner from Pizza Hut as this is my favourite pizza. He also ordered medium boneless wings. Unfortunately they were so hot that none of us could eat them. So, we now had 7 people who were not able to eat wings. When we spoke with the manager, who's name was Zaid, he was belligerent and kept interrupting me when I tried to speak. I even went to to store and didn't get any further. He said that they didn't make a mistake and that he smelled the sauce to make sure it was correct" . Why couldn't they just try and work with us that perhaps they were wrong. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend them!!!"

We ordered online from Pizza Hut and were really happy with our choices. We chose to order the Create-A-Meal platter because it allowed us to get pizza as well as other options.Everything fit into one box (aside from the chicken pieces) which was much easier to manage. The pizza was tasty, hot, and prepared well. The dough was thick, but not too thick. We had no leftovers of it between the two of us!The add-ons we chose were the chicken pieces (boneless wings), garlic bread sticks, and cinna-parts. Those chicken pieces were to die for! We had them made spicy and wished we had ordered more. The spice level was tolerable which was nice (not too spicy!). The bread sticks were good, not that you really can make a bread stick. Our choice of cinna-parts allowed us to have a mini dessert. They were an excellent option and we devoured them quickly.Definitely worth ordering the Create-A-Meal deal and will be doing the same next time we order.

Pizzahut is an amazing place with wonderful pizza, breadsticks, and pasta options for lunch or dinner!!! Every order is packed well and made to precision. Their pizza will never be a disappointment, and they have amazing staff who recognize regular customers and treat them with a positive attitude and smile. Thank you Pizza Hut !!!

Horrible employees including rude manager. The lady at the front desk very defensive and rude, makes you not want to buy food here. I cant believe how they treat customers at this location. Manager needs to get fired and employees need to be coached. Never buying food again here. I wouldnt support this location going forward. These stuff at this location need proper training. No respect for customers at all.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut for several years. My pizza tonight reminded me why. It was a very disappointing pizza. Not very tasty. Didn’t look like the menu picture. I choose the $10 pizza of the day. It was mostly bread with a very thin topping. I would have been even more disappointed if I had paid the $20 regular price. I’m having difficulty understanding why some pay for this low quality pizza. I’ve had a few pieces, and rest is going in the trash can.To be honest, I enjoy the Lil Caesar’s $6 hot & ready far more than this.

Awful at best'! Niagara Region Public Health needs to stop by this poor excuse of a restaurant.To: Yum Brands and the franchisee of the Pizza Hut on Lake St. (St. Catharines)...you should be ashamed and embarrassed of this establishment, the customer experience, and, the precedence you're setting for other Yum franchisee's ....How this location is allowed to operate, yet alone, offer an 'dine-in' experience is beyond me. Upon entering the business we were informed that 'due to COVID, we don't have any servers'; I could place my order and they would bring our pizza to the table...while this didn't seem like too much of an issue, I wasn't fully prepared for what unfolded. After placing our order and paying, we went and sat ourselves, within a few minutes an employee came over with empty pizza boxes, individually wrapped plastic forks, Styrofoam cups and paper towels from the washroom; In today's age, I was stunned to see the complete disregard for our environment and the over consumption of disposable items....apparently this Pizza Hut team is too lazy to wash dishes (you use to have them, where did they go? and why are you no longer using them). The overall business has been completely neglected, everywhere you look - wore, dirty, unsanitary seating/table surfaces/floors....DISGUSTING! ...and that's what we could see, I could only imagine what the 'back of house' (where patrons cannot see) looks like...so gross, if we had not paid, we would have left! About 45 minutes after placing our order (2 medium pizza's and chicken bites) the server came over with our food and profusely apologized as we had been told our meal would be over in 15 minutes...she proceeded to inform us that 'on our next visit, it will be much better' and that 'if more customers come in they could justify a server'; don't worry, we will NEVER be back!...and, I'll give you some complimentary advice! If you weren't so lazy and could simply wash some dishes and keep your restaurant clean and sanitary, maybe, just maybe, people would start coming back...neglecting all facets of your operation and then begging customers to return will not cut it; simply put, your business will fail! If you don't consider the 'dine-in' experience vital to your operational goals and success, then close the seating area.
